Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again.

We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. The hotel was clean, cute and close to the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent too. I would love to book this hotel again if and when we visit Zermatt again.

Clean room, amazing staff, breakfast buffet was excellent, very short walk from the train station, which is ideal since taxi fares are super expensive in Zermatt. Updated facilities, highly recommend. Great value!

Right across from the train station. Area walkable and safe. Rooms were clean and cozy and I even had a view of the Matterhorn from my balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

部屋は綺麗で、バスタブもあり、接客も良いです。ただ、暖房は風呂場にしかなく、すごく寒いです。今の時期で寒いので、冬は寒くて過ごせないと思います。 夜に火災報知器が鳴り響き、かなり長い間なっていて、避難した方々は氷点下3℃の中、立ち尽くしていました。私は居室にいましたが、なんの説明もありませんでした。

スタッフ皆さんの対応が素晴らしかった。 清潔で部屋も広い。 ただ、ゴルナーグラード鉄道が工事していて、少しうるさかった。 でも、素晴らしいホテルでした。

Everything was great. Only minor thing was that the room was next to a train station, and every half hour we heard the train come in. But it seemed to stop from midnight to 5am or so. Staff was great, room was nice, breakfast was good. Location right in town and easy access to the train.

After a full day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to return to our clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room to relax. We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Each morning, the generous and delicious breakfast spread was the perfect way to fuel up for another day of adventure. Hotel Sarazena is also ideally located—right next to the train station and the Coop grocery store. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Zermatt. Merci!

We were warmly welcomed by Diana. The room was comfortable and spacious. It had a view of the Matterhorn! It is conveniently located next to the train station and other sights.
