Amazing place. The place was clean and well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Très bel hôtel moderne, bien équipé à 20 min à pied de la vieille ville, le long de l'eau. Le personnel est très disponible. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

The communal areas are great, very clean, staff are very friendly and super helpful. We had a Queen Room with no windows - obviously we expected no windows, however I didn’t realise how much I would miss a window! The walls are very thin, we could hear everything going on around us which meant some nights sleep was difficult as you could hear doors closing, toilets flushing, taps running and people talking. Otherwise I’d say you get what you pay for, it’s suitable for a few nights if you plan to be out exploring most of the day!

Está bien, es una opción barata para alojarse en Estocolmo. Lo que no me gustó es que la habitación estaba sucia y además no hacen limpieza diaria, solo está bajo petición y en mi opinión es muy necesario limpieza todos los días. Nos encontramos muchisimos pelos en la cama, no nos gustó nada. El personal muy amable y simpático eso si. Lo bueno que tiene es la ubicación y el precio.

Helt ok hotell, föredrar en frukost buffé men mackorna och kaffet var bra. Dock då hade jag problem med belysningen som var knepig att stänga av helt och helt plötsligt tändes runt kl 3 mitt i natten vilket fick mig att vakna. TVn verkade bara funka med appar dvs inga kanaler, nu tittade jag inte på tv så mycket utan var mest intresserad av nyheterna på morgonen. I övrigt smidigt, bra säng, dush mm.

Tredje besöket på fyra månader! Ett utmärkt hotellalternativ, baserat på läge och pris. Dessutom fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personalstab som med ett leende hjälper till vid deras seft-incheckning om man så önskar.

Väldigt bra service! Alladin kan va den trevligaste portiern någonsin.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in around 12 AM, and immediately, I was disturbed by a couple making loud noises in their room. Later that night, an alarm went off and continued until around 5 or 6 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Frustrated, I went down to the lobby to cancel my stay and request a refund. Initially, the young lady at the front desk was unwilling to accommodate me, but after speaking with the manager, they agreed to process the refund. I then decided to move to another hotel nearby for the night. However, after I left, I contacted the hotel several times regarding my refund, but they continuously denied my request. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was unhelpful, and the situation was poorly handled.

Average hotel, standard minimalist room, loud noises when someone is flushing the loo or having a shower.

I was in a windowless single room. It as a bit like living in a shoe box. The tv/web screen was too difficult and confusing to connect. Very small and pokey. Not enough room to swing a cat around. The cat died!

Great location (near the Fridhemsplan metro station) and clean hotel. Hotel staff was available to help with checkin and to make coffee. There was a self service free laundry room at the hotel with two washing machines and two dryers. Highly recommend the nearby restaurant The Streetfood Labs. The frozen drinks were pricey but very good. We had the birria burrito and nachos which were also good.

Mycket enkelt rum till högt pris.

Dåligt att behöva streama tv o radioprogram. Hade varit mycket enklare med färdiga kanaler. Lite i det modernaste och opersonligaste laget, eller är vi för gamla för Ert hotel??!

Perfekt boende när du bara behöver övernattning. Rent och fräscht, bra läge.

Very nice staff, good location, very close to the subway and bus to go to the airport

Excellent. Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean, modern, and did everything expected. I would have appreciated some extra towels in the room as I found two towels insufficient for my stay. However on the whole extremely good value for money.

Nytt, fräscht och med grym personal. Alla skulle haft en Alladin ⭐️
