A nice hotel and good location in Banff. The hot pools area was always very crowded and is a bit too small for the size of the hotel which was larger overall that we expected. I anticipated more of a "couples" hotel but it was a bit more family oriented from the looks of the pools.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Accomodations were clean and welcoming.

The room and bathroom were clean and we had daily house keeping. The hot tub terrace with the many fireplaces had a great view of the mountain, we sat around but did not use the hot tub. The hotel gave us free bus passes that we used a few times. They charged for the coffee in the room. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very fresh and good but expensive.

we enjoyed the stay, great location and beautiful rooftop pool The main thing that we felt could be improved was the air-conditioning, which was so noisy that we couldn’t use it at night because it kept turning on and off, it doesn’t have a silent mode, only maximum power auto which cycles on or off (50-60dB) which kept alternating and woke us up every half hour or so The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us, offered us a different room, gave us a floorstanding fan, adjusted the room ventilation etc Special thanks to Leon!! and Emma who really positively contributed to our stay sauna was nice although temperature of 65 degrees Celcius rather low for our taste, suggest to increase to 75-80. beautiful location with fantastic mountain views, free parking, outside of summer heat should be even better.

Amazing. The standard rooms weren’t huge, but just big enough. We saw deer on our balcony. So beautiful. Super clean and modern. 💕

Nice bathrooms, very functional amenities, even in July peak season was able to get space at the heated pool. Great location and use of Roam bus pass. Would be nice if there was a bar in the area open past 10pm. Staff are professional but not that talkative. Rooms are a great size.

Overall, the hotel is really cute! The rooms felt clean, the location in Banff is great, parking was easy, and we absolutely loved the rooftop hot pools. Plus you get robes. The restaurant is worth visiting for the drinks alone—they were fantastic. The food, however, was pretty average and didn't quite live up to the cocktails. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the rest of the experience. The bartender spent time telling me how attractive my boyfriend was, which... was definitely an interesting choice. I already know he's handsome, but hearing it from the bartender while I'm standing there wasn't exactly the hospitality I was expecting. On top of that, we accidentally left behind a toiletry bag and a bracelet. We called almost immediately, but somehow they had already "disappeared." I'm honestly not sure who's out there collecting half-used lotion and a well-loved bracelet, but I hope they enjoy them more than I did. Overall, it's a charming hotel with a great location and beautiful rooftop pools. With a little improvement in customer service and the restaurant menu, it would be an easy five stars.

Clean rooms, daily housekeeping and easy access to bus stop

Lovely stay, helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent and nice to have your breakfast in your robe before starting your day. Hot pools are lush after all the walking, was a great place to stay.
