Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice, clean and quiet room. The hotel right next to the Kuramae train station is a great convenience. We had enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 7 nights and the room had a very strong smell of sewage. We complained and the staff tried to disinfect the drains but it didn’t go well. The smell was finally gone after a deep cleaning two nights before we left. During the stay, we asked for moving to another room but there was no other rooms available. We didn’t enjoy our stay.

Very roomy and comfortable liked that it has washer and dryer very peaceful close to train station and walkable to Senso-ji temple would not hesitate to stay here again
