We were there for a wedding so only really experienced the room and breakfast, both of which were amazing. Eggs Benedict were delicious!!! Lovely chilled experience!!

A very nice property well situated for touring the Lake District. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. Only fault was that our room was very small.

What a lovely place to stay- friendly welcome to a very comfortable room. The meal was more expensive than I would normally pay, but it was a very special experience. Maybe a slightly cheaper option on the menu would be welcome, but I would still strongly recommend.

This was a stop over from travelling down from Scotland. Easy to find from the motorway. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and accommodating. Decided to have an evening meal which was first class, well presented and my steak was cooked perfectly. Couldn't really fault it. Stayed in room 4 which is directly over the restaurant dining area which was ok if a little noisy however comfy bed soon had us both asleep. Morning breakfast was good and tasty so no issues there. Would most definitely stay there again. Cost for us was £70 for the night including the breakfast so very good value for money. Recommend getting up a bit earlier for a walk just down the road along the river. No phone signal was a bonus but did have wifi.

Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Our second stat here and lived it both times - comfortable, well situated, friendly attentive service. Food is exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay, welcoming from the start. Our room was lovely and clean, comfy bars and a great nights sleep. We had the 3 course dinner in beautifully designed surroundings. The food was super stylish and delicious, very beautifully presented. The beef tartare was amazing as was the artichoke soup. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast too. Will definitely be coming back. Pooley bridge has a lot to offer. Thanks
