4 kişilik tuttugumuz oda sadece yatak odası vardı oturma odasında koltuk tek kişilikti yani 4 kişilik bir oda degildi kesinlikle birde 2 kişilik Carşaf yastıkarı yorganı kendim almak zorunda kaldım assagıdan. Rezepsiondaki calışan arkadaşlar cok iyidiler yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar personel iyidi. Temizdi hotel önemli nokta gidermiyim bir daha giderim ama 4 kişilik ailemle aynı oda da kalmak istemem.

4 gece ödemesi yaptık. Sadece 1 gece konaklayabildik. İade talebi bile yapmadan terk ettik.yemizlik, ortam çevre her yer kötü

I had a great stay at the hotel — everything from the room to the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mazlum and Mr. Berkay, who were both incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made a real difference and left a lasting impression. It’s always nice to feel genuinely welcomed, and they certainly made sure of that. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

The staff members at this hotel were extremely friendly and service-oriented. Specifically, Kendal was fantastic during check-in when I arrived at 3:30 am! I had two different room reservations on different days, and he made sure that I wouldn't have to check out of one room and check into another one in the middle of my stay by upgrading me to a room that was available on all six days of my stay. The checkout was just as smooth due to the team of Mazlum, Berkay and Birol. They called a taxi for me and checked me out in less than 5 mins. The hotel itself was super clean and very quiet - great for a good night's sleep. To my pleasant surprise, the room had a fridge, freezer microwave and a cooktop with all pans and other cooking implements. I can see how families would love this, especially since the Axis mall with its grocery store is about a 1 km walk. The only downside is that restaurants are 1 - 2 km away, and the hotel breakfast starts at 8 am - a bit late if you want to get an early start to your day. So plan on making your own breakfast if you are an early bird. But overall, this is a real gem of a hotel at a very affordable price. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious apartment- we were happy with the upgrade.

This location is next to a dog park and there are numerous dogs who bark all night long so quiet sleep is impossible ! Not sure but i scratched all night in bed also the bed may have had bed bugs too. The shower is very small so turning around is not possible .

Great hotel, newer building with good location. Stayed with family. Kitchen, laundry in the room was a plus.

The service was excellent and the staff was excellent, above and beyond, always helpfull, kind and serviceminded. The rooms where great and clean, and if we needed anything, we just reached out to the staff and they made sure we where taken care of. Location great, 2 min walk to grocery store, and 5-10 min to shopping mall and restaurant.

Great location. Room was good but the pics on Expedia site are misleading.

The stay was amazing except with a comment need to highlight Upon reservation on App, it mentioned that room can accompany up to 4 persons while the sofa bed is too small and can’t accommodate more than a person Credibility is very import Specially in my case as i had to boom the room for couple of hours to sleep before Dawn flight

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The entire property was spotless, and every detail was clearly well taken care of. The room was comfortable, stylish, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are happy to give them a full 10/10 and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul!
