Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended..

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, with some nice features and a quaint courtyard to enjoy a bottle of fizz on a sunny day. Friendly staff, a big and secure garage to store your car, and free tea and coffee. Highly recommended and decent value for money. Note - it only offers breakfast, but there are several very good restaurants locally that you can go to for lunch and dinner. Avarum is particularly excellent, but you’ll probably need to make a reservation in advance for many of the local restaurants as they are very popular.

Parkeren was fijn in een afgesloten garage, Kamer was ruim, wij hadden een schone klassieke kamer, ontbijtruimte was klein. Zwembad was fijn.

Bra parkering i garage. God frukost. Möjlighet till bad i fantastisk miljö.

Fijn hotel in een fraai pand. Personeel was super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig met het reserveren van restaurants in de buurt. Bed matras was wel wat te hard.

het ontbijt mocht vlotter aangevuld worden - veel mensen komen op hetzelfde tijdstip en dan brengen ze het brood maar bij per twee waardoor je te lang moet wachten. idem voor beleg.

Great family room which was clean. Great garage for the car. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We will be back!

Petit déjeuner pas assez complet, pain surgelé, manque de viennoiseries, chocolat servi froid !! Dommage car très bon coucher, chambre agréable, et demeure très jolie.

Very clean room, very nice and helpful staffs. Best place to stay in Ay village.

Arrivée tardivement, les consignes étaient claires pour accéder à ma chambre. L'endroit est calme et très joli. Vous disposez d une piscine intérieure, d un endroit pour repasser votre linge et d un parking. Le personnel enfin est très professionnel et serviable.

Lovely hotel - spacious rooms, close to many champagne houses. Front desk managers were very accommodating and polite. Dea (apologies if I’m misspelling your name) was very kind to us and made us feel so welcome. Only stayed for one night but we enjoyed.

We only were at the hotel for a short stay but the hotel was lovely! Staff was excellent at check-in. Showed us to our room and provided a list of restaurant recommendations in the area.

The hotel is beautiful, and the personal are very friendly and helpful.
