Juste parfait

Un séjour en famille avec trois enfants , nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée par la responsable de la propriété . L'hébergement fonctionnel et aéré vous donne envie d'y rester une semaine de plus . Bien situé et au calme c'est la bonne adresse des vacances .

Endroit charmant, une hôte des plus attentionnées, la chambre impeccable. Petit déjeuner très bien également. A 15 minutes du Futuroscope en voiture. Bref, tout ce que nous pouvions attendre de cet endroit était au rendez-vous et même plus encore. C'était notre premier week-end en couple et nous sommes heureux de l'avoir passé ici ! Une adresse que nous retenons.

Chose this hotel to have a bit of a local experience. Attendant was very welcoming and place has a lot of charm. Loved the breakfast area. The cons - room was a little hot (no AC - which is common here) - so there is that. Elderly people should avoid this hotel because there is no service to “haul” your bags up very steep stairs. Unfortunately, I was on a very long trip so brought a couple large bags that were are challenge to get up the stairs. This hotel is more of a pension type place. Great for younger travelers looking for an adventure. I was here on business and did not like this inconvenience at all (after 20 plus hours of travel and a 3 hour drive from Paris). So, this property is good for certain travelers - but definitely not if you are here on business. That said - if I were here on pleasure - might have been an interesting choice. Just BEWARE of the stairs - do not stay here if you don’t want to or cannot haul your bags up some very steep old wooden stairs.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host. The personalised breakfast in the morning was a real joy! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!!

Excellent accueil et grand confort

Wonderful. Welcomed by the hostess and her young daughter. They told us about the history of the property and gave us a tour of the grounds, pointing out where we would have breakfast. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. One of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay again when travelling through the area. Thank you Julie.

Excellent location near Poitiers in a beautiful XIX century family house. We felt at home and the bathroom was large enough and well appointed. Quiet area in a small town, with a swimming pool on the ground. Kudos for the breakfast that takes place in a well appointment room with lots of choice (sweet and salty items), fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, etc. ....The jams are wonderful, especially the homemade one. The owner is also a wonderful lady. She recommended a perfect restaurant nearby (Restaurant du Chateau de Périgny). Highly recommended. Situé près de Poitiers et du Futuroscope, dans une belle maison de famille du XIXe siècle, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ; la salle de bain était suffisamment grande et bien équipée. Quartier calme dans une petite ville, avec une belle piscine sur le terrain. Bravo pour le petit déjeuner qui a lieu dans une salle bien aménagée avec beaucoup de choix (sucré et salé), fruits, yaourts, céréales, œufs, etc. ....Les confitures sont merveilleuses, surtout celles faites maison. La propriétaire est très sympathique ; elle nous a recommandé un restaurant parfait à proximité (Restaurant du Château de Périgny). Hautement recommandé.

Accueil sympathique Service au top Beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs La Roserai, une adresse à retenir pour une halte conviviale et bucolique.

L'accueil est chaleureux La propriétaire est gentille et serviable le cadre est très joli calme petit-déjeuner bon S'il faut vraiment faire une critique ça serait sur la décoration trop chargée pas de place même pour poser son portable Mais tout le reste est super à refaire sans hésitation

Accueil parfait, chambre confortable et calme. Dîner sur place au soleil. Cuisine familiale. Proximité du centre ville et possibilité d’aller au marché à pied le dimanche matin avant de partir. Merci

Très belle demeure de charme au calme avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables décorée avec goût . Bonne literie et douche à l’italienne. Accueil très sympathique et possibilité de dîner . Repas copieux et très goûteux, le petit déjeuner aussi. Bref tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour.

This was definitely one of the best small hotel stays we have had and certainly the best for many years. From the moment Julie greets you to the moment you leave, she does everything possible to make sure your stay is perfect...and succeeds! We speak French but she did everything for us in English to make it easier for us, including a personalised note on the breakfast table. The room was immaculately clean, fully equipped (including tea and coffee - still not common in France) and with a quirky but lovely decor. The shower room / toilet was also exceptionally clean and very well maintained with bio products and no silly plastic sachets or bottles. There are fridges on site with complementary fresh milk and cold drinks to buy at sensible prices. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The pool area was as clean and well maintained as the rest of the property and there is a small football pitch and table tennis. We opted for the regional sharing platter as an evening meal and could only just finish it - amazing local products well prepared with a great wine from a friend's vinyard in Saumur - all at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was the usual French version but plenty of it and at that point we wished we'd booked another night! All I can say is - go there - you cannot possibly be disappointed!

Very nice place to stay.Excellent host, excellent food . Could possibly remove some furniture from the garden bedroom and add bedside tables as space restricted to put personal bits on.Overall very nice place to stay

Notre séjour à la Roseraie était excellent ! Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire malgré une arrivée tardive. Le gîte est top pour un séjour en famille... Piscine, table de ping pong, cages de foot, balançoires, un paradis pour les enfants ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, idéal pour bien commencer la journée ;) Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse

Relaxing stay of one night during drive to Spain. Friendly welcome, wonderful grounds and short walk to town. Extremely pleasant room and bathroom. Comfortable bed with quality linen. Owner cooked dinner which was very high standard. All in all couldn't hope for a better choice and would definitely return.
