Lovely small hotel with a few areas to improve - room 10 the radiator didn’t work but they had left a small plug in , it didn’t heat the room so room was very cold . The bathroom had no extractor working so got very steamy and couldn’t use mirror . Fridge wasn’t secure in unit so fridge fell forward , TV had limited channels and could not get a response on how to access through pin . The hotel was beautifully restored and exceptionally clean. Would stay again if the room was heated

Great place to stay

A few problems when i first arrived . Was difficult trying to gain acces . Noisy on thr fitst night . But they soon sorted me out .moved me and upgraded me to another room. Thank you .

Was a brief stop over. Advise to check in before arrival and get door code phone signal was poor outside. Room was compact but had all services needed. Bathroom was compact floor gets soaked from shower. Fused spur directly below the sink was a concern as water dripped over it. This needs moving in my opinion. Overall a comfortable stay .

The room was excellent, staff very accomodating with extra beds, superb facilities. Would absolutely stay again and recommend. Really friendly staff who we met on arrival and departure. Thank you 😊

Easy check in, lovely hotel in a good area. Only downside is no terrestrial TV!

Everything was great with the room itself, but the entry code does not work when you first arrive and we had to call them to sort it out. Then, just 1hr after checkin, someone managed to unlock our door and walk in on me changing.... by the time i ran outside to catch them they were gone. Not safe.

We had a lovely stay here and was in a great location for visiting Yorkshire. Would recommend especially for a family of 5 which can sometimes be difficult to find rooms to stay.

This was my second stay , l enjoyed every moment of it. Very clean , in a quiet area and modern.Highly recommend.

The property manager is very attentive to accommodate our requests. The cleaning staff is also very friendly. Amazing conditions of this Aparthotel with excellent amenities, beautiful and thoughtfully designed bathroom.

Easy to find. Lovely decoration and really comfy bed. Bathroom was being refurbished while I was there but it wasn’t in bad condition as it was. I didn’t get the breakfast but it looked nice. The kitchen area was great. The only issue I had was the code to get in the building and room. It didn’t accept my code, the WhatsApp answers quick and did try to help but I think it’s more to do with technique than anything else. I got locked out multiple times which was stressful as I was there trying to get ready for a wedding. It would be great if they did offer a normal key option (if someone popped in to check them in an hour a day even) especially for anyone older who doesn’t care for tech. I’m 32 and it was hard work. I would have paid more for a normal key to save me the hassle.

Very clean and new hotel. Staff are extremely nice and helpful too. There are even oven in the guest kitchen. There are off road parking in front of the hotel

Lovely room and environment with some wonderful touches to make it memorable. It’s still in the stages of being newly opened so some teething issues.
