We arrived to find we had no booking. The Balkan is not registered with Hotels.com and we were not the first that day to have been misled. I would however say that the staff were extremely helpful and can’t thank them enough for their help.

Do not stay at this hotel

Stayed a couple of nights. Very cheap and location was ideal. Nothing groundbreaking about the hotel itself - it was somewhere to sleep and we got what we paid for. Main issue was hot water took a long time to work. Also, a bedside lamp would be useful

So incredibly frustrating turned up to find out my room had been cancelled but we were never informed.

the hotel was very out dated the room smelt of damp was cold the mattresses were awful everytime you turned over you had a spring in you
