Perfect and had a lift and air conditioning! We were there during the heat wave!!

No WiFi connection in G03.

This was a nice hotel in an ethnically diverse area with lots of great food options close by. The rooms were air conditioned, but the lobby and hallways were not. We stayed during a record breaking heat wave, so those areas were very warm. The hotel also had the unfortunate event of a power loss. It required city workers to dig up the street during the night to make repairs, which was quite noisy. We were without power for over 12 hours. The hotel refunded one night’s lodging for all the trouble. It was also during FIFA and the bar across the street could get quite loud.

Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit Klimanlage. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber ist direcjr ein Pub mit großem Außenbereich. Parkplätze leider nicht direcjt vor der Tür aber in kurzer Gehdisranz.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, clean, modern and easy to access with the app. Friendly staff and great pre check in communication. We booked as we were going to a gig at The O2, it’s the perfect place to stay, just a couple of minutes walk away. I would definitely book again! Thank you 😊

The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay.

The room was very spacious and clean but could have done with a mini fridge as it was hot weather and would be nice to have cold water

Not the greatest neighborhood street, but in an ok walkable location & decent price for a busy May week .. Clean room ,newly remodel, nice AC & great shower... rep at front desk was nice & very helpful

The location is great, easily accessible to public transport and walking distance to the city centre and university. The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted by the guest .

An excellent hotel. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and functioning.

Basic but decent hotel about 20 min to town centre. Friendly staff, clean property. Parking easy at council car park a 3 minute walk away. I would however not usr Hotel.com again, as impossible to ammend booking - have to cancel and risk not being able to rebook. Found myself going in circles with a bot. Would book direct with hotel.
