The rooms were very modern, spacious and relaxing. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There was an ease being here, nothing to complicated. Which is what you want after a hectic day. The area was also peaceful and quiet and if you wanted to go the the city centre only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was classic continental, some people would want cooked breakfast, however I was happy to have yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and morning bakery goods. The only improvement i say is maybe the t.v's need updating, to chromecast. Excellent accommodation that felt like home, without no hassle.

We stayed here for one night over the weekend, a pretty little property around 30 minutes walk from central Canterbury. This wasn't too much of an issue as we are happy to walk but it was further than anticipated. We slept so well in the soft bed and liked our little room. When we arrived however there was a brown stain in the toilet and although we flushed it a few times, it would always come back which suggests plumping needs a look at. Says 4 rooms on website but there are 6 and they are all really close together. We were woken up by a toddler scream and crying at 7am outside our door. Breakfast was subpar to be honest - our bowls and plates were a little dirty and crispy as hadnt been cleaned properly. Breakfast is advertised as continental so we were expecting some cheese cold meats for our bread but there was just toast, marmite and butter etc, cereal and some mixed fruit. Overall, nice property, friendly staff, comfy beds but hygiene could be improved as could breakfast.

A comfortable room with an excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Great to have easy parking and only a short bus ride to the beautiful historic city of Canterbury. The cathedral is unbelievable!!

Really nice clean rooms continental breakfast is good . There is also a fridge and a coffee machine with a microwave you can use as well. Good Wi-Fi phone reception.

About a 20-minute walk from the centre, this place is in a convenient and easy-to-reach location. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, which made arrival completely stress-free. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. With a relatively late check-in time and quite an early check-out, a later check-out option would be much appreciated. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was on the minimalistic side, but still perfectly sufficient. The warm croissants were especially delicious. It would have been even better with the addition of some ham or cheese for a bit more variety. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay

It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. King size bed was super comfy, breakfast was more than adequate for a continental, the raspberry pastries were divine!! Quite a walk to the centre of Canterbury, doesn't seem too bad if you want the bus station end, but Westgate is quite a trek. Staff very helpful and accommodating with our luggage on check out day.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was with plenty of space and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable and shower was a decent size and power. Lots of decent size mirrors and plug sockets near by for plugging in hairdryer etc.

We stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasn’t expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay!

This was a beautiful place and the staff were very helpful! I had trouble navigating the narrow stairs, but Jordan was kind to help us into a lower level accommodation. The breakfast with fresh berries was perfect!
