Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. Our room was lovely but unfortunately the extracter fan in bathroom would not turn off very quickly and sounded like a aeroplane engine whilst having a nice soak in the bath ..Shame.The Staff were lovely and very professional. THE food and drink was fab .

Enjoyable weekend stay. Staff were all excellent. Friendly and helpful. Special mention to Joshua (F&B Manager) who stepped in to resolve an issue on arrival, dealt with promptly and professionally (thank you). Nice room, peaceful location. Restaurant dinner excellent, as was breakfast and brunch. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel, had a couple of days here on business, shame not to have the time to enjoy the lovely surroundings.

Brilliant 👏 From the moment we arrived we was warmly welcomed by friendly staff everywhere. So clean and tidy everywhere even the grounds around the place was shining. The food was amazing which we ate alot of. Definitely recommend and Definitely coming back

First time stay, it was a breathtaking in such a stunning setting. The breakfast was incredible. Check in was swift, room was lovely, staff were every so helpful, always with a smile - we had a great experience.

Beautiful

As always I was very open minded about staying here, thought it might be overly pretentious but I was very pleasantly surprised, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The grounds are very well taken care of, even in winter, the hotel is spotlessly clean and so are the rooms, which are nice and spacious. The restaurant was quite plain but the food is certainly not, I had the roast chicken as I said a Sunday night, it was well presented, beautifully cooked, and so much of it, I am gluten free and they catered for, which was a really lovely surprise, and the best chocolate brownie I have ever tasted. Breakfast was equally as good. I would certainly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again, it was such a shame I didnt have time to visit the spa.

We were upgraded on our room and it was delightful with lots of space and clean. The bed was very comfortable

Great Gatehouse room. Comfy bed. Good dinner and great breakfast. Good ev charger.

No Toast machine rather odd and items on the hot plate NotHot ie Tomatoes breakfast al inclusive however not value for money if I had to of paid for it individually

The Gatehouse is amazing and the rooms 5 star. The receptionist was amazing pick us up and drop us off after lovely meal and drinks. Restaurant The restaurant staff were lovely and it was an extremely busy night for them. Starter was selection of cooked meats and wafers on wood board. Had steak with chunky fries and the sauce was amazing. Overall the food was star of the show. The lounge was quiet and classy the bar manager was a class act and great professional presence.
