Good. However not as good at the other Sweeney rooms in Aviemore. This one felt less like their brand and I can’t stand a room advertised as a double but it’s actually twin beds pushed together

Great location, nice clean rooms and very comfy large bed, I would say just the bathroom probably needs a renovate , it was quite dated and old compared to rest of room!

I would have liked a sign to put on the door-knob. There was no need to renew the room halfway through! Otherwise it was splendid.

Ideally situated for town centre. Very neat & tidy hotel with essy parking. Very friendly staff at Deleaneys Restaurant. Hassle free booking and room entry.

The room was very clean. Great location. I only stayed one night but I recommend it.

Good parking. Didn’t realize I had to register again to receive door codes as there are no on site hosts. So no staff.

My room was just fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there appears to be absolutely no soundproofing between rooms. I could literally hear my neighbour snoring through the walls. Also the mount for the shower head was broken and couldn't be kept at a proper height. Luckily I managed to jerry rig something so I didn't have to do the one-handed wonder shower. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

Hotel is ok for the money paid, check-in is seamless and staff we saw were very polite. Comfort-wise the bed was great but the floor in the room (Room 7) needs some serious repair work, it has an insane amount of squeaky floorboards throughout which is honestly infuriating when moving around. On the second night there was a strange loud noise that droned on all through the night and i barely slept, we nearly left the hotel because of it to be honest. Unsure what it was but it sounded like a central heating system that is in poor condition.

Thought the room would have been a bit bigger and didn't have any glasses.Wine isnt the same out of a cup lol

Don’t stay in Room 9. Room is very dark and dingy. Very small room, looks completely different than online pictures. Shower was very unpleasant, Didn’t have any hot water! Would avoid staying here, very expensive for what it is.

The staff in this place are unbelievably helpful and friendly. One of my best stays in Scotland.

Stay here if: you like to stand on a chair to open/close small window. If you like to walk lots of stairs and open lots of fire doors on-route to room. If you like not having any space in bathroom for toiletries. If you like not having any toiletries supplied. If you like not having any hooks for coats etc. if you like not having a bench to put bag on. If you like a damaged sink and unpainted ceiling above bed.

We loved the apartment at Sweeney Two - it has a real WOW factor with its industrial style, which was unexpected in the middle of Aviemore! It had everything we needed and the garden area is a real bonus. It’s in a great location for exploring the Cairngorm area, we went to the mountain resort to do the tubing slides and funicular and then on to the reindeer walk, all of which we can recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
