Beware light sleepers of L001 and L002, under the bar and restaurant. Noise every night to the wee hours.

Nice location near The Old Course. Room was small, but very well done. Staff were pleasant and kind and breakfast was excellent.

We have never been treated so well at a hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Everyone we spoke with went out of their way to ensure our stay was incredible. We especially enjoyed chatting with Emma at breakfast and Crystal and Ruby in the evenings. Thank you, Seaton House for making our first trip to Scotland memorable. If you are considering a trip to St. Andrew’s, Seaton House should be your first hotel choice.

Great location and views. Be careful not to book the mobility access room by accident if you don’t need it. Rooms lack drawers and desks. I wish there were more places to unpack clothes. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and Ondine was worth a visit for sure.

The best was the staff. They went above and beyond to assist in any way. The property was well maintained and attention to detail was exceptional.

Customer service excellent. Staff friendly & do all they can to make sure your stay meets all expectations. There was a breakdown in communication regarding our room location, however Jasmine sorted this immediately. Jasmine & Harris were amazing as were all restaurant staff. Beautiful hotel with added extras & spotlessly clean. Well worth visiting for a special treat. Bar & restaurant were both lovely to enjoy a drink & delicious meal. Michael was also fantastic, phoning prior to our stay & arranging a free upgrade with sea view.

Everything was amazing

The hotel is beautiful and ideally positioned with panoramic views, Ondine serves excellent food, the bar is cosy with great cocktails but what sets Seaton House apart from other quality hotels in St Andrews is the attention to detail, exceptional service and incredible team of staff that all make you feel very special. It’s gone straight to the top of our list of favourite hotels. Well done to the whole team!
