Excellent property and friendly/welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location. Would recommend .

Although we arrived early we were able to park, our room was not ready but we were given our keys so that we come come back later. Our room came with breakfast served in the room which we did not know. Superb breakfast every morning. All staff very friendly. 15 mins walk to Bowness or Windermere with buses available to other areas. Great place and location to stay. would definately stay again highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Rum Doodle, friendly welcome, lovely building full of character and a spacious room! We were served breakfast in our room which was such a great touch and both mornings, it was delicious! The staff were very engaging and cared about our needs. We will definitely be back when we return to Windermere 🙂 thanks for a great weekend!

Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming B & B. The bedroom is cosy and had a nice drinks station which was replenished daily. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. I would recommend this place and happily return.

The room (number 2) was immaculate! We loved having breakfast in the room, and the bathroom and bedroom was incredible! We both slept like babies....the bed was so comfy the best hotel bed ever! Can't wait to return! Thank you Rum Doodle!!
