Nice except the lift was broken and smokers hanging around the front entrance.

The hotel did look a lot different to the pictures. Unfortunately the car park let it down. There was no parking close to the reception as a large number of motorbikes had taken it over, meaning I had to park in the lower car park and carry bags up a lot of steps to get to reception. There I was advised that the lift was out of order and my room was on the third floor! No alternatives offered. This limited the time spent outside of my room and led to an early check out when going for breakfast to avoid added trips to the third floor! There was quite a lot of noise during the night, with people shouting in the corridor outside the rooms, and bikes revving outside in the early hours. The shower itself wasn't great but the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all quite friendly and the food was ok too. I thought it quite pricey for the amenities on offer, as a few things let it down, unfortunately.

Family trip

A pleasant stay, clean and comfortable. However, the evening meal at the hotel could have been a lot better. The chef was a bit heavy handed with the salt and the steaks were pretty tough. Overall a good location to explore what Swansea has to offer.

Staff were very helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble for any of them room was very clean food was amazing really enjoyed my stay there would go back

Comfortable hotel and pleasant service. Only downside is that a lot of services were out of action such as the lift and health centre, which would have been nice to have access to.

Great stay overall just very outdated but great staff and lovely friendly people.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The presentation of food at the restaurant at dinner was great and the food was tasty.

Lovely staff and the food was top notch. Chloe on reception was excellent nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent overnight stop but sleep spoilt by two women screaming abuse at each other late into the night in room next door. Food was excellent and service staff friendly and helpful. See pic of beef, very good.

Etwas heruntergekommen, Fenster schmutzig und lassen sich nicht ganz öffnen. Es waren staubflocken im Zimmer. Im Sommer dürfte es ohne Klimatisierung sehr heiß im Zimmer werden.

Place is amazing and offers great view, only downside is the lift was out of order and if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor with lots of luggage is a bit fun to take it up. Other than that, the place is lovely.

The hotel has plenty of parking and the room was nicely furnished. It’s in a quiet location with a park close by and a distant view of the sea . My only issue is In respect of the availability of the restaurant. The first night on check in I was asked if I wished to book a table and I did so . That night there was only myself and one other table in it . Food was great and I was looking forward to a meal the next night . On arrival on day two I was told there wasn’t a table free until 8.00 which was far too late - they had a large golf party in . My criticism comes from why I wasn’t asked to reserve a table for day two when they must have known it was busy on day one after I’d eaten the meal .

Was aprehensive as very cheap,but was pleasantly surprised. Great accommodation, very clean. The staff were so lovely especially the guy in the bar who couldnt do enough for us. Then the ladies on reception were so helpful when we left some items behind. Cannot recommend the hotel enough. Will definitely stay here next time we are visiting the area

Nice hotel. Restaurant has a great view out to the bay. No ev charging point which at this day and age I expected one. There is one conveniently located at furnace rugby club which turned out handy. Turned out fine.

All pretty good except we found the bed uncomfortable and only a double size. There was plenty of room for at least a queen size which would have gone a long way to help comfort level. Fantastic shower however and very clean.
