I had the worst night sleep ever. The twin bed was extremely hard and narrow

Such an amazing historic hotel. Came to celebrate my birthday and the staff were amazing. We went to a few pubs in Stratford but there bar area was genuinely the best. So cosy and great staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

All staff were really welcoming. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

The room was, cozy, comfortable, and beautiful decorated. Close to everything. Breakfasts were fantastic. We recommend the White Swan to every one.

This is a beautifully charming hotel with loads of history, right in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon (and walking distance to all tourist attractions).

Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Convenient location.

From the welcome (shout out to Darcy) to the bed, the bathroom, the location, the breakfast.... all was great. Just be aware, they don't have their own car park. But we parked in the car park closest to the hotel, which was the same as having their own... it just cost a little more.

Excellent breakfast included in price if room. Check-in was seamless .convenient parking .

Great location for all the local attractions. Clean and safe. Parked with ease in the multi story across the road as no spaces in the one at the back of the hotel. We’ve stayed at two other hotels in the same chain in Kingston and Hampton Wick. They have the edge as provide a prosecco / beer as a welcome drink. You can also get a latte at breakfast for no extra charge at the other hotels. We had to pay extra here which I feel is a bit ‘cheap’. Fab bathroom. Loved the Molton Brown touch. Disappointed that when my husband turned the bedside lamp off to go sleep it fell on top of him with exposed wires. We told reception and it was removed whilst we were at breakfast. Safe didn’t work either which we later found out was a battery issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Superb breakfast. Great staff

All staff were so friendly and polite and went above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast was outstanding with a beautifully relaxed dining room. The entire hotel was decorated lovely with cool relaxing palettes on the walls. We had an executive double which was a little smaller than expected but very tastefully presented. Only criticism was the hardness of the bed which did impact on our quality of sleep and there were a few hairs in the bath and shower on arrival. Overall, a great find and in a perfect location.
