I didn't like the area. The Motel did its best to secure the property. Heard a gun shot at 3:36 am. Drove down looking for a shopping center and saw numerous prostitutes walking the street. (Aroura/Hwy 99) Nice people at hotel. To bad its location is very bad.

The shower was extremely slippery and the shower curtain is disgusting. It’s an old motel that they’ve taken and made it look very nice, but it is an old motel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the security of having a gated parking area. The room looked very nice and was clean, and it had thick curtains to help block out light. The bed was a little bit too firm for my taste, but not bad. One little thing that would've been nice is for there to be room in the bathroom to put toiletries. There wasn't a counter, and there was just a small, light shelf stuck to the wall that wasn't stable or big enough for me to put my toiletry bag on. Overall, this was a nice place where I would stay again.

Staff were wonderful. Room was comfortable, newly renovated, bed soft. Parking lot separated from street by chain link fencing with automatic gate.

Was skeptical of a motel claiming to be the “best motel” but was pleasantly impressed by my stay. The guy working the check in was extremely friendly and left a lasting impression. This property has a gated parking lot, which I was thankful for after realizing I left the window down in the car overnight. The room was pleasant and mostly clean, with my only complaint being the floor making my feet dirty. During check out, one of the housekeepers saw I was heading to check out and took the key from me so i didn’t have to walk all the way. She was also extremely happy and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was courteous, however during the check in process, I felt like I was purchasing a car. They ask for a lot of information, signatures and initials on a contract and they make copies of each persons ID that is staying there. The location was a little sketchy. There was a homeless camp across the street, hence the electric gate to get in.

This was the best motel we stayed in during our 3 week holiday. Everything was fantastic and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We’d love to come back!

Gated property was nice to see. I don't have anything bad to say about the motel itself but surrounding areas have a lot of homeless just like everywhere else now days.

The place is recently renovated, but very cheaply done. It smelled heavily of disinfectant. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the area it’s located in is frequented by prostitutes and homeless people. They do have a locked gate and cameras, and I did not have a problem. Just be prepared. The neighborhood is quite undesirable. The room was adequate. Nothing fancy, and only minor signs of wear and tear.

Gated entry. Not as noisy as I would have thought right next to a busy street.

Super clean and convenient. Drive right up to your door. Electronic gate made it feel very safe. Easy access to downtown

Amazing property and loved the place

Linens were old and worn. Rug at door was dirty but rest of room clean.

We were really impressed. For the low, low price and slightly sketchy neighborhood we were not expecting much at all. What we found was a super friendly and competent front desk experience. The room was clean, clean and in perfect condition. The property and parking are in a locked, gated area and we met the on-site security. Nice experience.

I typically avoid staying in motels, but had no choice. This was was affordable, clean, had no smell, and the staff was very friendly. They have gated and patrol security, and made it clear that they do not tolerate any illegal activity. I actually enjoyed my stay!
