Merveilleuse expérience en famille de 13 jours: le petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais, les plats chauds salés sont cuits devant vous, formidable! Notre chambre était comme neuve, douche à l’italienne immense, pratique avec les enfants, 2 grands lits, petite cuisine avec grand réfrigérateur, micro onde et krups: que demander de plus? Hyper pratique avec les enfants! Un coup de fatigue, vous demandez à avoir votre repas en chambre ou partez le chercher au bar de la piscine et hop! Petite carte de repas/ desserts mais nous avons tout testé et c’est délicieux: équilibré, léger, ça compense avec la nourriture des parcs ou autre! Face à la mer, nous avons pu profiter du décollage des satellites que l’on aperçoit depuis la plage, en sirotant un cocktail sur les chaises longues. Merveilleux séjour.

Only complaint was the air freshener/fragrance in the lobbies. Everything else was top notch. Lived this hotel.

Not as topnotch as in our first 2 visits anymore. Attention to detail is lapsing. (No towels at the pool, infused water at the front desk empty for 2 hours, waterfilter warning blinking on the big coffemaker, waiting in line at breakfast with not much more as scrambled eggs to offer I'll think twice in the future before I spend $350 for a night + parking

This property is beautiful. It's right on the beach. Every room is spotless, clean wonderful environment. The staff is amazing. This is above and beyond what a state should be like thank you to all staff members at the element.

i enjoyed the pleasant employees, The breakfast bread choices were a bit stale, but a small nuisance. It was windy so disappointed that the town didn't have sidewalks to use.

All went so very well , we enjoyed our stay , the staff and the front desk manager made everything easiest for us.They were amazing

Beautiful property. Great staff, very nice rooms and will return. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the food in the restaurant. For the upscale price and atmosphere the food wasn’t that good. I got a “smash burger” for $23 and it wasn’t fresh. Tasted previously frozen. Also they could find a way to serve better coffee. (Not that good) had to go to the hotel next door for Starbucks. Will stay again but will eat elsewhere.

Hotel simples, e custo benefício duvidoso. O hotel é super novo e bem localizado, mas achei um pouco caro pelo que oferece (mesmo preço da diária do Conrad Fort Laudardale). Tivemos imprevisto no check in (não localizavam a reserva). Quando chegamos no quarto, a TV não funcionava. Apenas um "restaurante" e com poucas opções (fecha 21:00 em ponto). Gostamos do hotel, mas há opções melhores nessa faixa de preço
