Our first stay with Kasa was amazing. Very spacious rooms, full modern kitchen and OMG, their beds was like sleeping on a cloud. Amenities were great. We love it and will definitely stay with Kasa again!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is brand new, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, pans, plates dishes and silverware, making it perfect for cooking at home. The amenities are exceptional — from the state-of-the-art gym and relaxing hot sauna with a top-tier massage chair, to the stylish community room and cozy fireplace lounge with comfortable couches. There’s also a great workspace with private meeting rooms, ideal for remote work or business travel. Truly a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and functionality!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kasa Little Italy! We were in San Diego for a conference, and coming back each day to a clean, comfortable apartment was such a refreshing change from the usual hotel experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable walking distance to so many great restaurants and top San Diego attractions. It truly felt like our own little retreat in the city. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, it was like a little home away from home. My biggest complaint was I wish it had a full body mirror either in the living room or bedroom. The only mirror was in the restroom.

Could not ask for a better location! Very clean and had everything you need. We reserved parking which was convenient, close to the elevator and direct access to 10th floor. Nice outdoor balcony with view of the bay, great pool, hot tub and large outdoor space, there was also a very nice gym, and sauna. Easy walk to Little Italy Farmers Market, the water front, Santa Fe Depot and tons of restaurants and bars. There was some construction and the airport is very close but noise was out an issue for us at all. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our only complaint is that there’s no dining table. The kitchen is beautiful and we really wanted to cook, but we had to eat at the coffee table because, in spite of there being plenty of room for a dining table, there’s just a big empty space there. Other than that, the place is wonderful.

My family and I had a great experience at Kasa! The unit was so lovely and spacious! It had all the essentials that we needed for the week. The staff was also very helpful and easy to access for questions/assistance throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful new apartment hotel! The amenities were phenomenal and I will now stay here every time I go to San Diego!

Great comfortable stay. Very luxurious property and beautiful apartments. I just wish they probably should have more signage for the parking floors inside to make navigation better for short term stays hotel rooms which is separate from residential parking.

Alles sehr neu und mit Top Ausstattung. Highlight sind das Fitnesstudio und der Freizeitbereich (Billiard, Pool, ...).

Overall excellent stay. Can't wait to go back.
