Nice stay

Everything was great

When I got to my room, the TV was not working properly, called the front desk, but it took a long time for someone to check it out, by then I was ready for bed

Very nice hotel ,friendly staff

It was close to Cracker Barrel and right off the interstate.

Unfortunately my family and I had to come for a funeral! And this was a last minute booking! From entering the door to checking out early! Superb service from front desk to housekeeping clean and cozy! Easy to find and location was amazing! I from Marion AR but just so convenient to get to store restaurant and funeral service! Definitely staying again

While we had not heard about Avid, this hotel had good reviews. We were pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean, attractive, adequately stocked with toiletries, a very comfortable bed, great shower, very nice coffee machines with fresh brew.

Easy check in, and the staff was so nice. Plenty of carts to take bags to room. The room and hotel was updated and clean. Clean beds, had an iron, hair dryer, and a nice tv. Easy to check out, and convenient to pull my car up and load my bags.

Check in was smooth and quick.

Lovely, clean, safe, convenient, comfortable experience that met my needs and expectations for an overnight stay on a cross-country trip!

We arrived late and left early, but had a comfortable night’s sleep.

Clean, nicest staff, felt safe and a great value

I liked how clean it felt and the breakfast was good. The area felt safe. The only complaints I have arethe walls are thin and with no carpet you can hear the guests in other rooms. Also my kids were unable to go to the pool because there were a group of guys drinking and using the grill. They were getting a little drunk and cursing so we just avoided the area. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

This hotel is amazing. The bedding is so comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and wonderful.

Good place and very clean

They don’t know anything about imputing my IHG member number, gave me a room right next to the elevator . Was clean, new, but I can see how this combination of Avid and Candlewood suites would be going down quickly, already only one elevator working.
