Beautiful clean cabin

Staff were lovely. Good sized fridge. Clean, but a few blow flies in the cabin when I arrived. Couch very uncomfortable. Bed was ok. Needs a bit of an update for the price. I wouldn't stay again, purely as the cost is quite high for the quality of the accomodation. Only 90 minutes from Sydney though, so would be ok if you need to be close to Sydney for travel.

I requested an early check in on 5 February and received no reply. I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. I was asked to complete a mandatory pre check in where I was asked to pay for the room. When I queried this I was told it was there normal system protocol, but I think this is poor form as I had already paid for the room..The room itself was nice, but the main lights didn't work. There was a coffee machine, but no pods. Check in was easy, but given the overall experience I cannot give it more than 3 stars.

Unit was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable, happy with services. Bring tea towels.

Very comfortable and well kept

The cabin was clean, comfortable and much roomier than I expected. I needed to leave at 4am for a job nearby and getting out was no problem. Thankyou.

I am so thankful for the amazing service at Moss Vale Village Park. My partner and I were staying 1 night for a wedding, I accidentally booked for the wrong night but the staff were more than happy to amend my booking immediately. Thank you ☺️

A very comfortable offering which offered great value for money! The only issue we had was difficulties connecting to the park wifi. Great location for everything we wanted to do.

Really needs a renovation

Got a cabin for one night - it was a bit tired and dated due to years of ware and tare, however it was well equipped and easy to find at a good price for the area, was just visiting family in the area passing through-good heated cabin was great for winter. Otherwise this was ok as a one night stay.
