Staff was amazing

Excellent hotel, very well maintained, neat and clean! Close to Cocoa Beach and close to Kennedy Space Center.

The hotel was close to the cruise terminal and local restaurants. It was a good place to rest our heads before the cruise began and would be good to stay once you get back if you had the time to do a tour of the space center.

Janelle at front desk was so accommodating. We got in late in evening and she gave us great room and made sure we had something to eat. Great overnight stay before boarding our ship.

We ended up here due to a very traumatic experience a medical emergency of a family member and couldn’t take our cruise and it was absolutely exceptional! The staff was amazing Janelle dera Ron at the front desk were blessings and just made us feel so comfortable under the circumstances. The hotel is clean and beautiful and you can walk to multiple restaurants and a gas station to get waters snacks etx. The surrounding area had tons of nice restaurants and cocoa beach is super close. Ubers arrive in 1 min (we used many of them) and everything was just perfect

The room was clean. Check in was very smooth. They had great food options. And the staff went far and beyond for me. I had accidentally left headphones my grandfather had given me there. I went on a 7 day cruise when I checked out. I called and they found the headphones and held them until I was back in town. Beyond appreciative. I would recommend the hotel and I will be back.

Hyatt Place was excellent. Will stay at this property again in October and the future!
