Very central location

safety and cleanliness is our top priority and also they have great customer service personnel

Team at Quest Suva were awesome. Lent us an umbrella for the rugby and also allowed us to keep our car in the car park after check out while we went around the town for breakfast. Good location right in the heart of Suva.

Well equipped room with kitchenette for long or short stays!

Check in request was early since my flight arrived early, that was delayed but other than that. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Manager on duty accommodated my request during the stay.

This place is very convenient to a lot of places in town. It was clean and welcoming customers services.

I came back after a long day out on Sunday and room was not serviced. I was told at reception that it was Sunday and room is not cleaned on Sunday unless you ask for it. I was not informed on this condition while checking in or booking time. What a silly excuse.

I liked that the property had free parking. It's close to dinning and shopping. Located in the middle of the town. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is in a good location close to many administrative and financial centers of Suva. Security is tight. In terms of room, kitchen is well-equipped. This hotel does not provide a place for breakfast or dining, however. No complementary water. No tissue paper. The desk chair was stained and broken.
