Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Stay Hostel Rotorua

The rooms were very clean and tidy. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it seemed a lot smaller than what i was expecting, but it was adequate for what i needed. I was there for an event out of town, so this was suitable for a short stay or if you are just passing through. Staff are very polite and friendly. The property is located directly in the center of town and unfortunately i noticed some noisy locals out on the street around midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights. Hopefully not a common occurrence, but otherwise the place is a great place to stay at.

スタッフの方々が気さくに声をかけてくださり、とても感じの良いところです。 清掃も行き届いていたと思います。 ただ部屋から出ると洗面台が丸見えで、洗面ボウルも小さく使いにくいのが残念でした。

Osallistuin kansainväliseen kävelytapahtumaan. Olen yöpynyt täällä aiemminkin. Edullinen hinta-laatu suhde ja keskeinen sijainti vaikuttivat paikan valintaan. Majoitus sisälsi juuri sen minkä tarvitsin, ei mitään ekstraa, mutta en ollut sitä etsinytkään.

Opholdet var fint. Venlig ejer. Man får det man betaler for.

The room was smaller than I expected but adequate for our needs, loved the fact that it was central to everything.

Shared bathroom,Definitely the smallest room I ever lived.keeps waking up because bathroom right outside of my door. Got bad headache because can’t sleep all night of noises.

Horrible, llegué a las 6 pm, salí por 2 horas y cuando regresé, alguien entró por la puerta principal con un destornillador y salió por la ventana, la cual quebró y me robaron mis AirPods, kindle, celular, y todos los cargadores y cables.

Owners very friendly and amenable, small problem with my room, moved me straight away. No problem or charge keeping my bag after checking out. Rooms are small but fine if like me you're a short time stayer. I'd definitely use again

Considering this was a last minute booking, and quite late in the evening - the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Although this is budget accommodation the staff gave better customer service than often received at more expensive accommodation. Thank you 😊
