It is a decent hotel compared to the area and very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Freedom is maintained throughout my stay.

The hotel is located 2.5 blocks from Walking Street. Transportation is available right outside the front door for 10 Baht. 7 Eleven, currency exchanges, massage spas, cannibus stores, and numerous restaurants are located just steps away from the front entrance. The staff are phenomenal! Aon and Noi helped me at check-in and check-out. They were extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. They were available to assist me with every need. I initially had A/C issues with my room. Maintenance was sent up to fix the unit. When they were unable to do so, I was immediately moved to another equal room. I also had problems with the WiFi. I spoke with Aon at the front desk, and she issued me a signal extender at no charge for the duration of my stay. I have only three complaints. Even with the signal extender, the WiFi signal is poor at best. (less than 1mb/sec) The deluxe rooms have no view at all. The design of the building does not allow you to see out of the windows. There was no hot water from the sink. Only hot water from the shower and the tub. Outside of those issues, the deluxe room is a great stay. Plenty of seating space, Huge comfortable bed, fully stocked mini-fridge and a large flat panel TV. The shower and tub were also impressive. Outside of

Perfect location couple of minutes walk to the beginning of Walking Street and the big room is perfect

Hot water was ok for shower but too cool for bath. Other than that...very nice hotel.

The hotel was good, but the road was a little narrow and you had to rely on a small vehicle to take you to the main street otherwise it was great

Right by the beach and the walking street, very nice room, clean, AC, rooftop pool area and the personell are super friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend and if I go to Pattaya I will look for this hotel again.

This is right next to walking street and its not to noisy and the staff is super nice, and its kind of hidden which is suprisingly nice

Sijanti oli mitä parhain, henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotellissa tehtiin remonttia joten sisäänmenossa oli pienia vaikeuksia ohittaa rakennustelineitä. Huone huippusiiti, ja hieno. Vaihdoin heti kun tulin ns luxushuoneeseen. Mutta netti oli iso ongelma...välillä se toimi muutaman minuutin mutta sammui taas. 90 % ajasta nettiä ei ollut. Huoneet ovat täysin korjatut mutta aivan uskomatonta, että ilmastolaitteen ulkoyksikkö on melkein sängyn kohdalla ikkunan takana ja ääni on todella häiritsevä. Huone oli todella aika kallis, joten aika käsittämätöntä. Aamupala oli nimesä mukainen "aamupala"* ei aamiainen. Yllätys oli myös se, että jääkaapissa olevista kahdesta vesipullosta veloitettiin. Olisi luullut että melkein 3500 bath maksavaan huoneseen kuuluisi ilmainen vesi, Eihän se tehnyt koko viikon ajalta kuin185 bath joten aika naurettavaa Pyysin tarjousta kahdesta kuukaudesta koska tarkoitus oli tulla uudestaan, mutta v/iikon aikana sellaista tarjousta ei tullut, joten pitää tutkia muita vaihtehtoja. Kuitenkin voin suositella hotellia. Henkilökunta tosi ystäv*ällinen ja hotelli todella siisti ja huone siivottiinjoka päivä

Pics didnt show that the property is currently under construction. The rooms were clean but there was absolutely no view. Good that the tv was a 40 inch. Cleaning was brilliant.

Everything was excellent except room did not have a microwave oven and no internet or WiFi connection to the TV.
