It was ok. The room was average. Bedding clean and bathroom was clean. But the general room cleanliness was not good. I moved the stool and it was filthy under their. And not enougb plug sockets in the room.

Could be better

Fantastic stay. Everyone there was friendly, accommodating, and had great suggestions for things to do around town and great places for dinner. Couldn't of had a better time. Will highly recommend to anyone coming to Hastings.

Nah der Promenade gelegen, in einer knappen halben Stunde ist man in der Altstadt von Hastings. Freundlicher Empfang durch Amanda, die und einige Restaurants empfahl.

Service was great, and the room comfortable. The building is a bit worn out but we had a nice bathroom that seemed newly renovated. We appreciated the small touches like the little bottle of milk in the fridge for coffee. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was awesome!

Superb Hotel in St.Leonards. The landlady gave us our keys and explained a few things. We were on the top floor (no lifts as explained in description) with a lovely clean room and a free standing bath, mini fridge, tea making facilities etc. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made upon request, everything from full english, pancakes, veggie breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, a great choice. Hotel is about 10 minutes to pier and 25 minutes to Hastings old town. Will come back again as we were really looked after well, nothing was too much, many thanks.

Excellent B&B located centrally in St Leonards. Our room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The cooked breakfast was delicious & great service throughout our stay.

Beverly was a wonderful host and the room impeccable.

we were only there for one night but now we have discovered this little gem we would not want to stay anywhere else. amazingly comfy bed and fantastic sea view

Lovely room and breakfast and superb location

Bathroom shower tiles could do with more attention to cleaning. Otherwise, pleasant stay and welcoming staff and owners. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property and and you could hear downstairs occupants early early AM which did disturb our sleep. However, the B&B was a pleasent stay Its located within a 20 min walk to the Old Town and central shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the pier. Local.corner shops too.

I atrived late and left early but Bev was excellent in providing clear instructions to check in. Room was modern & clean and very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. All excellent!

Our short stay was wonderful. Beverly and her staff were very kind, helpful and full of local knowledge of the essentials of what to do, where to go and how to get there! We loved the location and couldn’t want for better breakfasts. We hope to come back again.

Lovely hosts, welcoming and friendly (made a great breakfast too). Room and facility was clean and modern with some colourful and funky decorations. Easy to recommend.

Attractive interior decor, helpful. Only downside would be lack of own parking but on street parking was available.
