Great please! Clean and good attention

Great overall property. No outdoor pool

check out services wanted customers leave early. She came at 9:30 and tell us check out while check out time by 11pm. so annoying us sleeping

Very nice hotel, the property is has parking garage across from it for who wants to park their own car. We did valet, they were quick when we needed our vehicle. There are lots of areas to sit and rest thru out the hotel. A bar and restaurant and a Starbucks in hotel as well. Perfect stay, arena for our concert was next door, Walking distance. We loved that easy access.

The only issue i have is they charged me for valet parking and said there wasn’t any free valet but you told me i get it. They brought me a cake and card for my bday

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great overall. I was there for a conference, and the front desk staff made sure that my stay was comfortable and that I had all that I needed.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere so peaceful. The modern decor added a sleek, relaxing touch. A perfect getaway—can’t wait to return! Easy and convenient access to Gas Arena! 2 min walk!

Great location to Gas South Arena. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Very clean and nice amenities.

My stay was so pleasant. The hotel is beautiful with a rooftop. Was able to have dinner and brunch. Sunday at brunch, they did have some live jazz music. Will definitely be staying there again.

So new! Everyone very helpful. It is busy on weekends with events but overall it was a great property.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff on the other hand was not the most helpful. Checkin staff wasn't interested in answering questions. Breakfast took almost 2hrs. I feld bad for the hostes,she was working very hard doing multiple jobs. While the wait staff was just very slow and lakluster.

Very nice area, directly connected to the south gas arena convention center. Comfortable beds a big plus!!

Kids were diving in a pool splashing water everywhere and being unsafe in a pool that has no diving signs posted all over. We where not informed that reservations were needed to get sitting by hotel desk staff at check in and ended up not being able to sit and have food. Also, there was a conference of some sort with a lot of kids and they knocked and kick all night most of the bumping took place right by the headboard of my bed. It was not a pleasant experience for the price I paid. Also, it wasn’t made clear that there would not be any breakfast included. I wil not be going back to the Westin.

Hotel is great! A true 5 star property with friendly staff. If we come back to Gwinette will absolutely stay here! A must book
