Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The check in process was slow and it seemed like no one working at the front desk knew how to handle an Expedia booking.

Will not recommed this hotel. Though they are rated 4 stars but the service standard and facility is below 3 star

first day check in no air condition need to change room. I do not expect no room cleaning every day for a 4 star hotel. Some other issues no light at corridor, noisy bathroom, no tissue box paper, no complimentary drink, safety box not functioning, no cooking utensil

Apartment needs a microwave. Also quality of housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes no soap replenished, sometimes bin not cleared, sometimes dishes not washed. Also need to stock up utensils - more spoons/forks, no tea spoons, no butter knife, no steak/fish knives.
