I found out after booking that the door to the room unlocks by making a phone call every time you want to enter. As a travel, I had a data only e-sim and had to purchase a new e-sim to be able to make the calls to open the door. We received a message with codes for main doors, etc. and pictures identifying the entrance, however the directions to find the correct entrance did not account for the fact that much of the building and grounds were under MAJOR construction, with the correct entrance blocked and the whole courtyard gutted. Finding the entrance and figuring out how to actually get to it were a puzzle that took us over 30 mintues to figure out, outside with our luggage making multiple trips walking around a very large building on a very hot day. Communication with staff (by phone and messaging) was spotty. Sometimes they responded, sometimes they didn't. The loft itself was clean and new but very small. Beds are up steep stairs and with the a/c going, the downstairs got cold while the upstairs bedroom area was almost too hot to sleep on the hotter days of our stay. It never got to a truly comfortable temperature. The view out the window was a huge dirt pit being excavated for construction. The location is a 25 min. walk or a bus ride to common sights. There are other hotels available at the same price without the headaches and right in the midst of the places that travelers want to be. There is a grocery store directly across the street, and that was nice.

Clean, Central and convinient

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful apartment, immediately got help with check in when it was needed and just friendly staff. Everything was also nice and clean. The apartment was also very conveniently located; near a bus station so everything is easy to get to and near a supermarket.The only thing that people might write critical about is the fact that building was going on right in front of the outside doors, so no parking space on the inside yard. But that’s only a question of time until that is gone again too.

The room door lock opening was supposed to work by mobile phone. It had all the time malfunctions. Finally I was given traditionally key. I waited in two days stay a over one hour outside my door in corridor. No reception, only remote service by phone.
