The room was nice, and the staff did their best to help in everything & accomodate requests. Sometimes the language was issue (their English was limited), but that might have been the spa staff. Breakfast was very basic, but okay. Vegans should not expect much or at all, but they had oat milk which was lovely.

The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible.

Siisti huone ja varsinkin kahvilan henkilökunta mukavia. Kokonaisuudessaan todellakin hintansa arvoinen, kylpylää sai käyttää koko reissun veloituksetta, kävimme monta kertaa.

Saunoja oli runsaasti, oli viihtyisää.

2 hengen huone oli siisti ja riittävän kokoinen. Spa oli hyvä. Aamupala oli riittävä.

Siisti ja hyvä huone. Kiva kylpylä. Henkilökunta puhuu jonkun verran englantia mutta pieniä väärinkäsityksiä tapahtui.

The beds are in need of replacement. In my bed, one side was significantly lower due to worn-out springs, which meant I slept downhill for two nights. The pillows were thin, but upon request, additional ones were brought to the room. The room had a refrigerator, and there was also a separate lounge area down the hallway with a large kitchen available for guests to use. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel.

Muuten hyvä, mutta henkarit olivat rikkinäisiä ja huoneessa oli isoja hämähäkkejä.

Erinomainen hinta-laattusuhde. Kiva kylpylä ja siisti huone. Kaikkineen yllätti positiivisesti ja tulemme vierailemaan uudestaan. Aamupala oli pienimuotoinen, mutta ihan riittävä.

The Spa is a great feature. There is a Miaxima store just two minutes away for grocery and household shopping. Ride share options are the easiest to get around to the airport, mall, or city. I used Uber because I already had an account. But Bolt might be a better option.

Olimme kahden teinin ja siskon kanssa vajaa viikko virossa. Oli mukavaa. Majoitus toimi ja huoneeseen pääsi myös yöllä. Kolmannen kerroksen ruokailutila/olohuone oli loistava muuten mutta muut hostellivieraat olivat käyttäneet suuren osan astioista eivätkä olleet tiskanneet astioitaan joten jouduimme aloittamaan muiden sotkujen siivoamisella. Ajatuksena ”yhteiskeittiö” on minusta loistava ratkaisu! Jos se vaan toimii. Kaikki muuten toimi ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa.

Kylpylä kuului hintaa, aukioloajat toki vähän ihmeelliset, kun vain kello11:00 auki, joten jäi aamu kylvyt ottamatta, ennenkä piti vaihtaa paikkakuntaa..
