Old city very busy

Boa localização . Perto de restaurantes, bares e padaria. Gostei da simplicidade do hotel e do funcionário da recepção ! Muito educado e atencioso .

Only problem is no front desk until 2pm and then behind an unlabelled door. In fact no plaque anywhere to identify the apartment and VERY difficult to find. Had to ask neighboring business and only one had a clue. Otherwise quiet and well situated.

Loved it. It’s VERY short walking distance to the palace. Bars, restaurants steps away. Quiet, modern and clean.

We chose to have a junior studio, which had its own patio, which was very nice to sit out on with a drink in the evening. Room was very well appointed and had everything in it that you could possibly want. Anna at reception was very welcoming - even came to meet us when our taxi dropped us off near the hotel - and helpful. She is only there from 2-9 pm, so reception is not staffed outside of those hours, but she is easily contactable by phone if needed. Accommodation is accessed through a door using a code, so it's very secure.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, great location and good value for money. However it is slightly difficult to find, with no sign and although it says check in until 10pm, if you arrive in the evening, chances are there will be no one on reception and you’ll need to call them and check in by phone. I missed the human touch here as I couldn’t find my room for a while. Once in though, overall I enjoyed my stay. I stayed for 2nts and my room was not serviced at all. But it’s not 5* so I guess that’s ok - just thought I’d mention it as some people have higher expectations than me!

We very arrived early to the city and our hotel was not ready, contacted this property and they had a room gor quick rest. I didn’t expect much, but the room was just beautiful and extremely comfortable. Exceeded our expectations ♥️

Great location

This is the perfect spot to explore Split on foot from. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. There are many dining options nearby, as well as lots of sight-seeing and tourism spots to explore.

Very nice option in the heart of the old town minutes away from Diocletian’s palace. Super friendly staff and easy check in/out. Parking is a challenge but can be found 10 minutes away.

The hotel was nice but very small. There is no sign anywhere on the street or outside the hotel, so we had difficulty finding it and had to ask business owners for help. Finally someone staying there saw us and helped us. The room was small but nice.

Theatre Luxury Rooms is a fantastic property, conveniently located in center of Split. Walking distance to all the attractions as well as the bus station and the ferry port. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and well managed. The staff member I encountered, Anna Maria, was very friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience. I liked this hotel so much I stayed there on two separate occasions. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice and cool with the air conditioning. Good sized room with all the basics. Very friendly and helpful person on the reception desk. Great location, close to the port. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little spot right in the heart of Old town split! Just a few steps away from great restaurants and all of the sites. We were there during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was fabulous in our room! Anna Maria at the front desk was lovely and gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do while we were in town.

De locatie was top, vrijwel in de oude stad En toch heel rustig geen enkel last van geluid Ook een heel fijn en gezellig buitenplaatsje bij app waar je na een dag van bezichtigingen enz heerlijk kon ontspannen Enige wat iets minder was is dat het appartement wat aan de kleine kant is dus was schipperen met de ruimte maar goed de meeste tijd breng je toch buiten door Goed bed en schoon allemaal Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste

Hotellet låg inne i den gamla delen av staden så troligen var inte huset avsett för ett hotell till en början. Rummet var ok men hotellet saknade tex frukost eller annat som hör moderna hotell till. Men detta fanns lätt tillgängligt utanför hotellet. Bra service när det fanns någon i receptionen.
