The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought this was unusual and I was a little uncomfortable with it. The owner texted, called, or emailed constantly prior to and throughout our stay. The house was not bad but because of the location and our experience with the owner we will not stay here again.

The property was comfortable and suited my needs very well. It was convenient to get to where I was going by car. The neighborhood was quiet, but is in transition. The rental company was very communicative and provided easy instructions to follow. The check out procedures need work. Leaving wet towels on a bed is not a good thing. Ask the travelers to place them in a pile in the bathroom or in front of or in the washer.

We enjoyed our stay at this location they have cameras on the outside of the home. Since the cameras were watching outside of property we felt safe leaving items freely. Very spacious, we were 8 and still had a lot of space for everyone to enjoy. Just a little confusing about removing all used bedding placing towels on top of removed bedding as some of the towels would be moist/wet. Also the 10:00am check out is early and made all 8 of feel rushed to make it out on time we had to wake up very early as to make sure we left everything clean and nothing left behind

Excellent customer service. They definitely put hearts into the property: prompt communication to set up, easy check in, clean, well decorated house. A house with welcome soul. Enjoyed our stay.
