Clean tidy

The room was very clean, few little issues nothing major. Staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly and efficient. Restaurant food was excellent, home cooked and well presented. My only criticism that my room was above the smoking area so did smell of cigarette smoke occasionally

The ladies on the reception were wonderful. Pleasant, courteous, funny and kind. Yeah the ablutions were wicked clean, the room was exactly what i needed. Wi-Fi is good. But those two birds on the front desk. They need a bonus! Well done guys A*

Everything was 1st class. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't match expectations that King Charles Hotel did.

Comfortable stay all round definitely will be going back there again.

Our room was spotless, the staff very helpful and friendly, especially those serving breakfast, which was very tasty and included perfect poached eggs!
