The room was very clean and the staff always helpful . Great places to stay.

Generally a clean hotel and well kept. The bedroom (top floor) was clean and roomy with a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom had issues however (drain smell, weak shower stream and innefective extractor fan). They lost a star for this.

Room was clean everything you need, staff very helpful, was quiet loud though, a lot off noise, people up and down corridor at night , so probably wouldn’t stay again because off that

The bed wasn’t comfy at all and it looked like it had been broken (mattress). It bowed in the middle and was really uncomfortable. only realised when we got back from our meal around 10pm and felt it was too late to ask for a room move.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The room was fine, great bathroom. All the staff were friendly and polite. When I reached Damon's, the reception member of staff quickly realised I was physically disabled and immediately changed my room for a ground floor room to make things easier for me. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, which offered a really good menu with reasonable prices.I was sorry not to have the time to visit the resaurant for an evening meal. It was highly recommended to me by family members who live in and around Lincoln. I really enjoyed my two night stay and would certainly choose to stay at Damon's again and will certainly reccomend it to friends and family.

Decent hotel with friendly staffed, although a bit dated and had a few maintenance issues. Generously sized rooms, good bathroom, but not a fan of the double bed being 2 singles bolted together, with a stiffer ridge in the middle as a result.

Slight tea stains around kettle area under tea tray, pen left behind curtains on window ledge

Staff extremely friendly and helped us switching to a ground floor room without being asked.

Staff very friendly & helpful it was clean & comfortable & at a good price i was a bit dissapointed that the restaurant wasnt open but it was boxing night after all ive been to Damons before & will definitely be coming again 😀

Hot tub was amazing, room was lovely didnt want to leave ,only thing that would make it better would be to have more than 2 tea bags and a few more sugars ,also would be extra nice with a few mini toiletries in bathroom perfect night away .

Sizeable room, easy parking, handy restaurant and very friendly staff. The management went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable. Will now use regularly. Will.
