My room was really good, but I didn't realise that there was no elevator in the building. This was fine for me as I was able to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the top level. However, my brother and his wife had major difficulties in walking up so many stairs. Fortunately, they were able to change their room for one on a lower level, which was much better for them.
Maybe, in the hotel description, it should be noted that there are several flights of stairs in the main building and, if that is a problem for patrons, there should be somewhere to request a ground level room.
