This was a gorgeous hotel that felt very luxurious and comfortable and also had crazy amazing views of Osaka Castle. The room was big and beautiful with comfy beds. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds and a twin tatami bed yet neither the hotel nor hotels.com mentioned Id be paying an additional $100 fee to actually USE the the tatami bed for my 9 yr old to sleep on.

We had a marvelous stay at the Patina Osaka. The rooms were modern, chic, and clean, with well-thought-out touches throughout. Ours included a beautiful view of the Osaka Palace. It's a lovely destination to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.

An incredible stay!

This is a relatively new property with what must be the absolute best view of Osaka Castle in the city. The floor to ceiling window showcases the castle and surrounding area. Amazing! Staff is enthusiastic and professional. The Spanish restaurant seems out of place but the bar and the staff is first class.

​We enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay at the beautifully decorated and perfectly located Patina Hotel. The friendly, professional staff truly make you feel at home. Our room was cozy, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet is a highlight—amazing food quality with enough variety to enjoy something new every morning. The Japanese hot dishes were outstanding! Additionally, the 25-meter pool is perfect for lap swimming and offers a breathtaking view of the castle. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again when returning to Osaka.

Hotel novíssimo, decoração linda, quarto espaçoso, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. O ponto mais alto do hotel é a vista mais linda da cidade do castelo de Osaka. A nossa experiência no Patina foi inesquecível! Voltaria e recomendo!

ハードは素晴らしかった。朝食は手作りのジャム、ドレッシング、スモークサーモンなど、美味しかった。ベーグルパンも美味しかった。 ジムエリアのサウナ・シャワー室はちょっと勝手がわからず、戸惑ってしまった。ホテルでこのパターンのサウナルームというのは初めて経験しました。従業員のサービスについては、まだ慣れていないのかな、でも一生懸命さは伝わったが、スマートではなかった。これからに期待します

大きな窓ガラスから真正面に大阪城を見ることができてとても感動しました！また清潔なお部屋と細部まで丁寧な仕事をされている家具や内装で優雅な気分を満喫することができました。またスタッフの気配りも優しくて安心できました。１点だけディナーの予約できてなくてバーで食事をしましたがお料理は－★とさせていただきました。お酒やスタッフの対応空間はとてもよかったです。

スタッフさんの対応を良かったんですけども、 海外のお客さんが自分勝手過ぎるて困りました😢
