Lovely clean warm welcome

Nice staff, polite and professional. Building attractive, rooms good. The only thing that let it down was the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom floor. Stains, dirt. The bath was very clean, and the toulet.

Clean, great value Bath

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How the owners have the nerve to charge >£60 is beyond me. 8.2 on Hotels.com. More like 1.2.

Small bedroom option is REALLY small…beware! Bed not very comfortable but was ok. Helpful staff no issues.

Handy for town centre and bus station. No breakfast but wetherspoons accross the road opens at 8:00.

Really nice place to stay, spotless, bathroom with a bath, very well kept. Parking opposite the hotel in a public car park which is free from 6pm until 9 am. I really liked it there, I would recommend it and I will be back again. Lastly, price was unbeatable.

Lovely welcome on reception. Clean and super comfy bed. Superb location.

Was good, no complaints

Room was clean and tidy with the basics for the room. Lots of stairs and different levels. Not suitable for those with difficulty climbing steps as we saw no lifts .

Decent location at the lower end of town. Clean. Basic.

Did not like much at all. Had problem checking in had to phone owner to let us in no door bell. had a tiny room no window. shower over bath was was taped up bath was very slippery almost dangerous. extra charges for an extra towel and tea coffee sugar would be made .no chance of a second stay.

Cheaper than other places
