Microwave did not work. Bathroom sink leaked.

A mouse was in my room and I woke up to find mouse droppings on the floor, counter and at foot of bed.

Close to metro buses, restaurants, supermarket, busy street but quiet non congested area, nice contemporary room with kitchenette, and small hotel with hardly any noise inside.

Property need upgrades in bathrooms and doors including door handles. Location is excellent. Prices is really good. Staff is friendly

For the price I paid it was great. Stayed 4 nights. The only downside was the mini split ac in the room was in poor condition. Upon arriving, it was already leaking water which was pooling on a shelf already causing water damage. Also, if the ac was turned cooler, the unit would freeze, and cause loud noise, and needed to be turned off for the ice to melt. Otherwise, it’s fine. It was quiet, good location. Again, there were a number of things in the room that were somewhat rundown, but for the price, it’s not an issue.

Lacks maintenance. Leaky AC. Lose door knobs and towel hangers.

The accommodation was completely okay for the money we paid. Everything was clean and tidy, and a special praise for the elderly cleaning lady who met us and prepared our room on the first day 4-5 hours earlier.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca a la playa , restaurante, supermercado 😃 La habitación le falta dónde colocar la ropa, mejor las camas ☹️ súper recomendación closet 😜 La señora del aseo excelente persona estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara toallas ,papel ,jabón muchas gracias a la señora Ana

The bathroom was the only problem (black mold in the shower). Otherwise the sleeping area was very clean. WiFi was sloooow and repeaters need to be installed.

Very bad smell in room and smells of mold, holes in walls, bad smells in restroom, the convection oven didn’t work and no one offered to fix it after I wrote to management.

Es un hotel bastante limpio y tranquilo. La mujer que se encarga de mantener el hotel limpio y cuidado es maravillosa. Es muy atenta, educada y te ayuda en lo que haga falta. Personalmente a mi me ha ofrecido de las mejores atenciones de todos los sitos. Recomiendo sin duda.

it’s located in a good area and the room was clean

The house keeper spoke Spanish and no single word in English the tv was not working Wii my staying I wrote on what’s up as advised but no reply

Door knob loose, bath room sink took forever to drain, coffee maker isnt working, smoke detector chime consistently due to no battery. Service personnel not available

Taking into the consideration the price, I could not ask for better! The AC was excellent, it was secure, and everything in the kitchenette worked great! The best part was the location, literally three blocks from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes of Collin’s Avenue, including the free trolley that makes an easy trip of the entire Miami Beach area. This property had everything I needed, and each morning it was easy to let the facility staff know if I needed fresh towels or to have trash taken out. The staff is responsive via Expedia during their business hours. I will happily return!

Doors were really hard to open or close.

Struttura molto sporca, puzza di muffa, presenza di scarafaggi rossi nella stanza. Pessimo soggiorno. Sconsiglio vivamente l'alloggio presso questo " hotel" che, in fin dei conti, di hotel non ha assolutamente nulla. Abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la struttura a causa dell' odore sgradevole e la presenza di insetti che hanno reso il nostro pernottamento impossibile. VOTO 0

Excellent and easy commutable to any places.... But could be better on cleaning schedule as out of 7 days only once room cleaned on request and bedsheets changed..
