Clean place with courteous staff

Nice room but it costs

Front staff were outstanding. The room was good, parking garage was convenient.

New property so a lot of things to work out. Staff tried, but they cannot fix things like no ice machines (pipes only?!?), phones do not work and handset does not charge

I was frustrated because I booked a king room and they gave us a double queen. I asked them to switch it and was told “rooms booked on Expedia are not guaranteed room type”

Great service everywhere

Parking was $42 per 24 hr period while I was there. This may be higher or lower depending on when you go, but that was a little misleading on the listing. Just a warning to others. Excellent breakfast spot next door. The soaps were all overly scented. So bring your own bar soap and shampoo if you are sensitive to such things. But at least the shampoo vs conditioner vs shower gel is clearly marked inside the shower for those who use glasses.

Only issue was cable channels were not working during stay.

Room was not what I wanted but too late to change I did not want a handicap room

The hotel had some technical issues providing guests with keys upon check in. This slowed the check in significantly, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate.

I booked a room with a king bed and was given a room with two full beds

Check in was slow due to only one person at the counter. My wife asked for directions to the restroom when we arrived. It was not conveniently located in the lobby and it was locked. You had to have a room key to access it and we were still waiting for our check in.

No me gusto que hice mi reservacion y decia que incluia estacionamiento. En la reservacion no dice que tengo que pagar 45 USD por usar el estacionamiento. Realmente es muy caro el estacionamiento y deberian avisar antes de reservar que el precio no incluye el pago. Tambien me dio comezon sus sabanas probablemente no estaban bien lavadas.

Nice, quiet hotel. I would bring my family here. Wish that there were better snack options in the lobby shop. I think soup, salad and sandwiches or other healthy options would have kept us spending more on-site with the convivence. That being said there are MANY options for local restaurant delivery to the hotel. Also, there should be some sort of outdoor ashtrays. We saw people drop butts on the ground after looking for ashtrays.

Great place!

Nice clean rooms but on the small side. Had a 2 queen bed room to sleep 4, but only had enough bathroom laundry for 3. The A/C was limited and would turn off after falling asleep due to sensors picking up no activity. Very expensive parking fees of $45/day. Good convenient location and within walking distance of food and entertainment.

Great hotel with very helpful employees! Newly renovated and located near the convention center.
