The Expedia app mis-guided with in-house kitchen. The property manager said , Mitch is not an option with Standard queen room.

Take luggage by yourself

Stayed for 2 days. Microwave went out as soon as I got there. I told the front desk and was told maintenance would come take care of it and they never did. The bathroom faucet handle came off in my hand. I put it back on myself. The room was not clean. Broken handles, no toilet paper holder. I will never stay again

We checked out after my husbands shower that became a standing bath because the drain was plugged with other quests hair from all over their bodies. Disgusted.

Don’t stay here! First of all they accepted the reservation and upon arrival they didn’t even have the room. How this is even happening I don’t know unless Expedia is not monitoring well enough. They put us in a terrible room with only one bed not the two we reserved. The room was so humid everything felt wet and it was full of flies. The couch was supposed to be a sleeper sofa and it was not. They had no linens for it and tried to give us a pillow that looked like it came out of a dumpster and a child sized blanket. They had no extra towels and expected us to bring the towels for the pool back after use and not taking them to our room. The room smelled musty and it was not clean nor did housekeeping clean during our stay. None of the lamps in the room worked nor did the fridge. The one good thing was the pool which was a salt water. And I have to say the check in staff was nice but I got the vibe from the very beginning that they were used to the complaints which were many from everyone we talked to. The compensation they offered was a free night if we return…you’re kidding right.

Tried to check in - no room. Overbooked. Sent us to a “sister” motel. Truly terrible. Branson was maxed out due to a Jeep convention- no other option. Room smelled horrible- cigarettes. Right by stairs. Will give credit to front desk lady. Very kind. All in all - a huge Zero. Super disappointing.,

Parking is tight for bigger vehicles, super crew pickups and duallies. Room smelled like disinfection solution.

Location was good. TV was fuzzy had to wiggle cord every time we wanted to watch. Plumbing was loose in the bathtub a sink.

It wasn’t that bad, just waiting to check in, looking for someone to check me out the next morning. Beds were very firm. Too hard for me personally. Faucet was broke on the sink. TV couldn’t even pick up ESPN. Just not very impressed. Sorry

Easy check in. Close to everything!

Door was broken. Toilet didn’t flush, just filthy. We ended up going somewhere else

Air conditioning didn't work

They are very nice , they serve a hot breakfast and offer a free night after 6 night stay.bhowever there is a better parking issue. The toilet was slow.to flush. The small refrigerator and microwave is convenient

Convenient

The front desk person had no clue what she was doing. They were not gonna give me my deposit back. They charged my card over nine times thank goodness those charges got blocked. The lady in the office tried arguing with me and telling me I paid 40 something to stay the night that was not true. I paid $58 and some cents through Expedia. I even sent her a receipt. She still wanted to continue arguing with me over the phone about it. The rooms were very dirty. It’s like they had not washed their towels. There’s hair all over their beds. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling in.

I have stayed here several times. Everyone is always so friendly. It's very convenient for my disabled mother to get to our room.

The rate was amazing. But the ice machine didn't work and there were no blankets on the bed which was strange. Super friendly.

We were called to make sure we were coming basically rushed and then when we went to check in our room apparently wasn’t ready and we’re asked to wonder around until it was. Nothing was the way it was advertised.
