Staff not help, no knowledge, restaurant staff also not help

Purnima was the best. She treated us personally and made sure our stay was comfortable and upto our expectations.

Pleasant stay Good service

Beautiful resort. Spacious, well designed and very clean rooms. The staff were courteous and always willing to accommodate any needs. The breakfast buffet with a diverse variety of tasty food is a highlight; the restaurant was very good as well. Overall highly recommend!

Cleanliness was not up to the mark in room as per the standard of Radisson. Little stain on comforter and on the floor. Rest was Good.

Front desk need better communication between staff. There seemed to be no communication between the evening staff and the morning staff. Miscommunication on car booking and laundry issue. Restaurant needs a better chef. The food quality was subpar. Also, location is good only if you are going to Imagica. Otherwise one needs to rely on hotel car (not guaranteed to be available) or rickshaw. Both options seem to fleece the customers as ride share cars are not prohibited within the area.

The staff namely kritika , Purnima & Manager Prakash were very helpful. The Radisson resort khapoli is newly built & the resort restaurant & All the were of high standard. We were lucky to get upgraded to suite by help of Manger. Finally it memorable 4 days @ Radisson resort khapoli.

The property is new (started Jan 2025) so everything has the 'fresh' character to it. We stayed here for 8 nights in Aug 2025, in the middle of rain season so everything around was green..the mountain view from the room was pleasing and aesthetic. The food was great. The entire staff was great in their "eager to please" service. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and always available to help us on short notice. Will surely visit again and recommend others as well.. Keep it up Radisson, Khopoli!

Friendly staff , lot of dining options . Was a bit loud since a long weekend . Even at midnight could hear wailing children and music in the room . Past long weekend was quieter

It was a great experience... from the warm welcome, the smooth check in process, service @ lunch, dinner & breakfast was all absolutely great. The front desk staff and the restaurant chefs & service team were all so hospitable & accomodating to our requests. Live singer at the restaurant needs a mention too!! Must visit resort for a short break from the Mumbai madness!! Keep it up guys, will be back soon 👍
