Property location is good. However we had issue with bathroom drain and it was very hard to get another room even after repeated calls to front desk. Subsequently even the AC was found to be not working properly

Clean room that was spacious. Pool has a great view on rooftop. Their buffet is excellent with good delicacies options. My stay was great in this hotel.

The cleaning staff - Aditya did a very good job at keeping out room spotless everyday and providing all the amenities when requested. The Arbor Kitchen staff also served our breakfast , dinner and deinks very well. Thanks to Mr. Jaykumarfor attending us everyday during our breakfast and dinner meals. Also thanks to Mr.Ankur , Mr. Abhishek for serving and making us special drinks. As well as shout out to Mr. Vaibhav.

Very Cooperative kitchen staff

Excellent hotel with beautiful view points from the restaurant. Knowledgeable staff of surrounding area and festivals. Also helpful in going that extra mile to ensure comfortable stay. We wish we had booked 2 nights instead of 1.

The property is unoworthy of being called a 4 start property. Except for the breakfast and somewhat dinner experience the stay was nothing short of a disaster. The quilt and blankets provided had a bad stink and upon closer inspection revealed blood Mark and other marks. Had to request for bedsheets before sleeping die to the same. The rooms sound proofing was as good as a small machine going on 24x7 since the hotel is right next to the main Mumbai Nashik Highway. There was no hot water throughout the stay only like warm water despite repeatedly requesting for the same, looks like cheap tactics to save money and run only on solar water heaters. Corridors leftover from other guest would only be cleaned after few hours giving overall bad stench in the corridor. Could not have good night's sleep as the wardrobe light would not go off due to door misalignment of furniture. Expect the restaurant staff and breakfast quality and taste Nothing else is worth it
