Very nice building: apartment needed TLC but all & all nice stay!

Great location. Room is adequate for a short stay, especially if you will be out and about most of your time there. Easy check and out. Would love to stay here again if I come back to town.

Easy and free street parking from 6pm to 8am. Spacious. Clean bed and sheets. Very low water pressure. A usual 5 minute shower took me 15 minutes because i had to keep spinning in the shower to get my body wet/clean. Complaints went unaddressed. Towels were grey and smelling. Take your own. Couldn't use the kitchen because smoke alarm kept going off. No kitchen exhaust and gunk stuck on heating coil.

Clean and good location

I was very happy with our apartment, it was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything you would need. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower.

Didn't get the room type I requested (two twins instead of the requested queen). Drapes for windows are thin and clear - there's no way to block light when trying to sleep.

Cute little apartment, all communication with management is by text/ email - no one on site. Follow all the directions they send very carefully. This is located downtown Pittsburgh, in a great location for walking around the triangle. Parking is available in a parking garage across the street. Stay Pittsburgh provided a QR code for discounted parking, however it didn't work for me and I ended up paying extra for this. Two things about the stay weren't great - admittedly this was one of the hottest days of the summer, and the apartment just could not keep up with cooling. Fortunately two fans were provided so it was tolerable for sleeping. Also, water pressure in the shower was pretty poor. Otherwise, for the price and the fact I could have my dog with me, this was a great place to stay.

Wasn’t at the hotel much but it was a comfy place after a long day going around Pittsburgh. I was able to walk places which was nice because finding parking was not was easy

Good price for a downtown stay. That bed was uncomfortable. They sold me parking for 2 nights, but the garage did not honor it. They would not refund me the money.

Clean and quiet property in downtown Pittsburgh. Had some difficulty leaving the Allied garage because my QR code or the scanner wasn’t working, but otherwise a great stay. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

It was a great central location. We felt safe and confortable traveling with two children. Service staff was responsive whenever we had a question. The wall sized chalk board was a great extra perk. The neighborhood was not very child friendly, but close from everywhere we planned to go. While we had a great time, I would still recommend this location to groups traveling young kids, but only because of the location. The place itself is great. Pittsburg is a great city you need to see it for yourself

Very nice I made sure I left everything as it was when I came there minus the bed.

Everything was good, but the system they used for confirming payment was slow. Then not being able to talk to a human after many attempts was frustrating to because the system limits what you can do

Room was great. Clean. No issues.

1/2 a block from parking garage, safe and quiet. The property had an elevator so I didn't have to climb 5 flights of stairs. Had a small kitchen and living area and was very comfortable.

The check in procedure was too complicated and faulty . The copy and paste address would not work because included the word SEE from "see you soon. I spent all night to get the code and was not successful. The instructions said the code will be provided on June 27. It was June 27 but no code and no time was specified. No one would answer the phone until I got there. Not all costumers are capable to generate a digital picture ID! The a/c was too cold and could not be adjusted (adjustable registers would do trick). The beds are set too high. After the first night I couldn't get the TV to work.

The view and size was great great concept. For downtown

StayPGH team was great with communications. Location is on block with a dispensary/vape shop. I was glad to have a friend walk me back after dark. Suite was fine if a bit spartan. Three beds but two chairs at very small kitchrn tabke for example. Building could use some floor cleaning and paint.
