Yhden hengen huone oli pieni koppi. Ei tallelokeroa huoneessa. Hissitön hotelli kapeilla ja korkeilla portailla. Itselläni kävelykeppi ja huone ylimmässä kerroksessa. Respan toinen tyyppi tyly, toinen ok. Aamiashuoneen naiset ystävällisiä. Kauhee liikenteen pauhu kuuluu yömyöhään. Korvatulpat must !!! Menettelee jos tyytyy vähään ja käy vaan nukkumassa jos saa nukuttua melun takia. Aamiainen surkee.

Only stayed one night but had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean, bed confortable, nice shower, breakfast good.Decent location as well. Staff friendly and welcoming. No complaints!

Hotel in good location. Room exceptionally clean. One of the best in the area. Comfortable bed and big towels. Felt safe.

We found this hotel in a good location half way between Hammersmith coach station and Shepards Bush tube station, our room was on the third (top) floor so it was a bit of a climb up the stairs, the room was quite compact but clean it was very warm but there was a large fan on the wall that came in handy. The breakfast room in the basement was ideal two very helpful ladies on hand to serve us, in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Jeg og min sønn på 10 år var på en fire dagers ferie til London. Ved ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at innsjekking var klokken 14.30, mens det på hjemmesiden stod 24-timers innsjekking. Det løste seg etter 20 minutters venting i sofaen inne ved «resepsjonen». Det var ingen tradisjonell resepsjon, men et rom med en sofa og to pulter, vi ble tatt imot av de som driver hotellet og de var hva jeg vil kalle uformelt kledd. Litt overrasket over at det hadde så lite hotell-preg. Rom nummer 19 hadde god størrelse og store vinduer ut mot Sheperds bush road. Jevnt over rent og pent, men det bar preg av slitasje. Om eierne vil kan rommet lett oppgraderes for en liten penge, ved å bytte gardiner, kjøpe ordentlige sengetepper og bytte ut slitte/rustne deler. Det som trakk ned er at ventilasjonen på badet ikke virker, og som har ført til noe mugg i tak. Dette er et hotell for de som trenger et sentralt sted å sove, og som ikke er spesielt kresne. Beliggenheten er kjempefin, og totalopplevelsen er god på tross av ganske lav standard. Jeg hadde forøvrig klart meg uten frokosten som bestod av croissanter, Nutella og syltetøy, samt tilbud om egg. Ingen høydare.

Fair price good breakfast friendly staff a bit run down and too many stairs but we were seeing a concert at the Apollo so exellent location for that and half a mile from station so worked well for us just 1 night

Awful we got to the pearl to be told we weren’t staying there we got walked town the street to a house and given a key and told that’s where we were staying there was a used condom on the floor when we got there

God beliggenhet, knøttsmå rom, elendig service ved innsjekking og i resepsjonen for øvrig. Ubehagelig å bli nektet adgang til respesjonskontoret som er "not ment for customers" når en har spørsnål knyttet til hotelloppholdet. Ubehagelig følelse av at stedet gir blaffen i gjestene fordi rommet er betalt på forskudd og de har fått sine penger. God frokost.

Hotel très bien situé et accueillant. Un seul petit inconvénient, le check-in qui est à 14h30, toutefois ils gardent les bagages si vous arrivez avant. Nous étions au deuxième étage et la montée des valises n'était pas du tout pratique. Concernant le petit déjeuner, très convivial, dans une grande salle où la cuisine est ouverte avec les hôtes. Le wifi marche très bien, je n'ai eu aucun problème à toute heure. La chambre est petite mais très bien agencée. La salle de bains est suffisante et pratique. La chambre est au calme, mais seul petit inconvénient, le bruit qui claque des autres portes de service qui sont juste à côté. L’hôtel est de manière général très propre et l'accueil est bien. Aucun souci d'attente que ce soit à l'accueil ou au petit déjeuner, donc très pratique pour des personnes seules car d'habitude le petit déjeuner est vite encombré et long à l'attente quand il y a des enfants ou des personnes à plusieurs. Là, nous étions trois et nous avons été servis très rapidement, les oeufs étant fait à la minute et les toasts aussi, le plat est servis très chaud. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le prix, très raisonnable pour la prestation générale de l’hôtel. Le ménage a été fait correctement et nos affaires respectés. Nous avons aimé avec un mini bar dans la chambre, ce qui nous a permis de mettre au frais nos bouteilles d'eau pour le lendemain. La chambre étant au deuxième étage, nous avions chaud même si nous avons coupé le chauffage, mais c'était confortabl

after reading reviews was apprehensive about staying at the Pearl London after quick check in, we were shown by the polite man on reception- our room was a twin with a double and single bed, small but adequate ensuite shower room with free toiletries, free wifi and,tv. It was clean and perfect for overnight stay in London. Breakfast was available but we did not eat there so cannot comment on this.

Séjour à deux, peu satisfaites de cet établissement : armoire branlante, pas de cintres. pas de lampe de chevet, nous avons dû demander et le patron nous a apporté une lampe le lendemain soir à 22 heures ! La moquette sale et brûlée, les rideaux crasseux, les matelas abîmés et inconfortables, un fauteuil cassé.... Dois-je continuer ??? Vraiment, on se demande comment il a eu 3 étoiles !!! Une seule salle de petit-déjeuner pour 3 hôtels, donc certains jours, il fallait faire la queue.. Bref, nous déconseillons cet "hôtel".

struttura al minimo: colazione espressa, ma monotona; stanze singole di 7 mq compreso il bagno (pulito, ma 1 solo asciugamano al giorno per tutto, non si può sedere sul wc a porta chiusa!). Wifi funziona, ma non 1 sedia: valigia come armadio, ma solo se sul tavolino da notte, altrimenti non si passa; solo il piumino per il letto, anche in giorni caldi come i nostri e un ventilatore per risolvere il problema del forno della stanza piccolissima e affacciata su strada di grande traffico anche notturno. Nessuno spazio comune dell'hotel, oltre la saletta per la colazione (affollata perché in comune con altre 3 strutture analoghe nella stessa strada) e disponibile solo per la colazione. In sostanza un affittacamere al minimo, prenotato come hotel 3 stelle e di cui Booking oggi dà prezzi molto ridotti, anche se ancora con elenco di attrezzature inesistenti!

The front reception is bright and welcoming, and although the process for checking in seems a little out dated, the man signing us in was nice. Had issues with my key not working three times, after climbing three flights of stairs (no lift in the building) and apparently it was because I kept the key near my other debit/oyster cards, which I was not told would be an issue at the start, so that was a little frustrating. The room itself is small and simple, but could definitely do with some decoration. The white bed sheets and blankets left little 'comfort' to the look of the room, and the bed was definitely not hotel standard. The bathroom was clean, and basic body wash, soap and shampoo was provided. Breakfast was in a kitchen, where the man who checked us in along with his family made us scrambled eggs and beans on toast (only hot food option). Basic cereals, some croissants and yoghurt was there too, as well as juice and hot drinks. Was definitely hoping for more as for a short couples getaway, particularly the comfort of the bed, but if definitely a 'get what you pay for' situation.

Unfortunately no air conditioning and stayed on a very hot night. Reception welcoming. Bed was not as firm as would like. Overall a nice stay.

Bed was so uncomfortable.. Springs were uneven and poking me .. Didn't sleep and had to crack out early .. Was told I couldn't get a refund .. Very unhappy .. Also extremely loud from people above me .. And across from me.. Not a good stay at all .. Dirty pillows and not very clean
