Excellent room located next to the pool area. Friendly reception and bar staff and good service quality food and drinks at fair prices. Quite a distance from the city centre but not too expensive to get a taxi.

Absolutely loved this hotel, rooms were really nice and the pool and outside areas were so relaxing. The staff were super helpful as well, would highly recommended. Was in a great area as well

The pictures of the room are mis-leading because of the way they bathrooms & toilets are. These rooms are mostly really small, crammed toilets and often open area showers. This is missed out on purpose from all room photos and something that only hits you after checking in. Staff & cleanliness was good but room are tiny. My group had 5 rooms so saying from a decent sample size of rooms.

Manque de rangements dans la chambre. La salle de bain n’était pas fonctionnel et dommage que la petite piscine ne soit pas chauffée. L’emplacement était OK mais un peu trop loin du centre. L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble et le personnel sympathique.

Lovely hotel and staff very welcoming. We had a garden room upgrade for first 3 days which was lovely. had a bath tub in the spacious, big bed and bathroom. The last day was a normal double nice room but small with shower booth and sink in main room and a cupboard for the toilet. Tried the tapas which was good but not much choice for a vegetarian. Got to breakfast just after 9 and some choices were not available anymore, so I would advise to go early. Had a few drinks from the bar which had a good variety of drinks and served quickly. Great price too. Sitting area inside and out very comfortable and would recommend to take time to take some time to relax there. Shout out to all the staff who were always very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Would stay again in a garden room

Cute hotel with a really great staff.

The shower was not working properly and would flood the room unless the water pressure was kept at the absolute minimum. Despite this issue, no commercial gesture or compensation was offered; we were simply told that no other rooms were available. The air conditioning filter was in very poor condition, and when we turned it on, dust was blown all over the room. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had a complimentary welcome drink; we did not take it on the first day, so we asked for it on the second day, but we were told it was too late and it was refused. The room is deteriorating quickly, and the toilets were dirty, including the walls and light switches. I would not recommend this place.

Staff souriant et professionnel. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. Hôtel et chambres magnifiques. Très bon emplacement entre le centre-ville et la mer.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, wir fanden das Zimmer nur nicht so schön, Zugang über Grasteppich am Pool, durch eine Terrassentür, das Bett war sehr schmal für zwei Personen, Dusche war nicht dicht wenn man geduscht hat stand das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and lots of healthy options. The room was very spacious and clean. I would return to stay here in the future if I visit Valencia again.

La chambre est super jolie avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. Déception le premier matin en voyant le petit déjeuner mais nous l’avons finalement apprécié jour après jour même si la partie sucrée était industrielle…même la confiture et le beurre. super localisation par contre de l’hôtel : ligne directe du métro de l’aéroport ! Bus direct jusqu’au centre ville ou jusqu’à la mer. A pied jusqu’à l’aquarium !! Personnel au top !!! Dernière chose : l’eau chaude avait parfois beaucoup de mal à monter jusqu’au premier étage ! Dans l’ensemble, c’était génial.

Infra estrutura do hotel e staff excelentes, bastante condizentes com a descrição do hotel na plataforma. Atenção especial foi dada aos corredores que iriam participar da maratona de Valência. O café da manhã, embora muito bom ainda pode melhorar com um pouco mais de atenção a reposição e frescor dos itens oferecidos.
