Excellent, clean room. Good bathroom and fast WiFi. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiene el valor de un hotel de 4 estrellas y las habitaciones no tienen una mesa ni una silla, no hay lugar para colocar una maleta y mucho menos para colgar tu ropa, no lo recomiendo

This was a very short turn around stay. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. We were provided a fan as the room was hot, it did cool down late evening. They set up a 4am ride to the airport and that was appreciated. Our room was right by the desk so it was a bit noisy,that was the only downside. We felt safe walking to a restaurant nearby while it was light. Staff are nice. We would stay again for the near airport convenience.

Everything was great, all except that the shuttle service was unavailable when we needed a ride from the airport.

El desayuno es delicioso, el personal es muy educado y amable. Si las habitaciones necesitan más espacio para colocar la ropa de uno, ya que solo hay una silla. Por ejemplo en el baño no hay mucho espacio para colocar las pertencias de aseo de uno.

Este lugar no es para nada como de ve en las fotos, no hay seguridad, no hay aire acondicionado y el área es súper fea para nada que lo recomiendo

Estuve en la hab 101 que esta frente a la recepcion. Les pido encarecidamente buscar una forma aislar el ruido ya que en esa habitación se escucha toda la actividad.. el sonido del timbre, las personas hablando, movimiento de maletas.. etc. Anoche me desperté 6 veces por el ruido fuera de mi habitación. Por otro lado, la regadera no tiene un lugar para la jabonera, entonces poner al alcance mientras te bañas el jabón o el cepillo de dientes, el shampu o cualquier otra cosa resulta imposible. Por último, pediría cambiar el timbre de la entrada ya que suena demasiadas veces y termina siendo molesto.

Casa Aurora has the best staff. The staff is helpful, efficient & friendly. The room was clean for our stay.

The staff is wonderful. The room smelled amazing and was clean. Such a beautiful quaint small hotel near airport. They serve breakfast which you have three option authentic, which they cook your eggs to your liking and American which is eggs to your liking with pancakes or fruit plate. Parking is at their property and safe. Highly recommended.

Really great place. Only downside is that they don’t offer free shuttle, and it’s less than a km away from the airport. The shuttle was expensive considering Guatemalan prices
