When I arrived there was no one at the reception desk and I got the email very late for self check, but they FORGOT the room key that was supposed to be in the locker for me to pick up. I waited for someone to show up in order to get into the room, the room looks clean but looks like they were in rush and hurry as the booking was last minute, they left the cleaning spray in the room, that’s not a good impression, then I found LEFTOVER food from the previous guest that didn’t remove from the fridge. I took the pics to show it to the front desk next day, no apologies or anything, maybe that’s normal for them . I don’t recommend unless you arrive before 6pm. The location is good but the price is expensive for no 24 hrs front desk and any hotel essentials.

Sıcak suya erişimimiz 4 gecede toplam sadece 1-1.5 gün vardı. Resepsiyonda sadece bir kere çalışan gördük. Resepsiyonda yazılan numarayı aradım açmadı, geri de dönmediler. Mesaj attım cevap vermediler geri de dönmediler. Klima çok sesli çalışıyordu, klimayı kapatıp pencereyi açınca da sokaktan çok fazla ses geliyordu klimanın da kendisine hayrı yoktu zaten. Yatak çok yumuşak olduğu için sağa sola dönünce çöküyordu. Tek iyi yanı temizlik ve otelin konumu.

Great location, sizeable rooms, but no email confirmation of check in process so getting in was a nightmare. But location for restaurants and in town shopping was unbeatable

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung der Stadt. Vor der Anreise bekamen wir alle nötigen Infos hinsichtlich Schlüsseltresor und Zugangscodes, hat problemlos geklappt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Für einen Städtetrip nach Belgrad eine optimale Wahl, gerne wieder.

Great location and room

The room was very clean. Located on the edge of the city center/pedestrian area. Walkable to most major sites. Parking a couple blocks away. The only thing I think could be improved is getting access information before you're at the door.

Allt var toppen, från in till utcheckning. Inget att anmärka på alls, vänlig personal, rent och städat, bra läge och prisvärt. Kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Lovely room and fab location, at a great price. Would definitely stay here again.. a few extra pillows and some more towels would have been good, but otherwise all very positive againvisiting Belgrade)I would lov
