A good place to stay for exploring Sofia.

La habitación limpia, muy moderno, a buen precio, creo que lo unico que falta es incluir desayuno, en amenidades tiene un mini bar con costo adicional, la ubicacion es muy estartegica

Room was very clean and had a nice smell. Very basic but everything we needed for a single night. Shower did get the whole bathroom wet, and there was no milk / had to pay extra for more coffee or tea bags. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and they kept our suitcases during the day free of charge. We should stay here again.

Hotel is horrible and their management is horrible. All streets arround hotel al working on and are blocked. No parking.

Helpful staff, good location, clean rooms

We decided to spend just a little bit more money on this hotel because the pictures looked really nice and the reviews were good. Absolutely worth it. Modern hotel rooms, centrally located, clean. 100% recommended.

In centro, vicino alla metropolitana. Pulizia e cortesia, camera abbastanza spaziosa e ben arredata.

Short walking distance (5 minutes) to the delicious Happy Restaurant on the street corner. 3 more minutes walk to the promenade and many restaurants and the place to be in downtown Sofia. Nice, modern, upscale hotel. Excellent service at the desk. Luggage storage in case you need a bit more time after check out like we did to continue our exploring on the last day.

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, punto a favor el calentador de agua. Muy limpio. Cercano al centro caminado. Lo único que en una estancia de 4 noches, los vecinos de habitación terminaron de ducharse a las 2 am y se escuchaba muy fuerte la tubería. Pero no oí nada de otro tipos de ruidos, ni del exterior, ni de otras habitaciones.

This is my second time staying at B1, but this time I stayed longer and worked during my stay. I've had several hotel experiences in Sofia with bad Internet but this wasn't the case here, which I was happy about. I was able to work and have Zoom meetings with no issue. My room was on the 6th floor and I liked the view as well as the quiet. The hotel is new and looks it. The room is minimalist, which worked for me. The only minor thing I'd recommend they do differently is that there's no need for that many snacks, both in the mini fridge and on the counter. Because there's limited space to store my clothes, I'd rather have the space on the counter for that. Not a big issue, though, and I was thrilled with my stay. Will come back for sure!
